Nicely designed cafe with awesome service. We got the signature milk tea with boba and it was perfect. The drink tasted amazing and the boba had the perfect balance between soft and chewy.

Stopped by for something sweet after grabbing tacos next door! Loved the decor and simplicity of the place. Opted for the cookies and cream milk shake and was surprised by the size (great size for the cost but was a little too sweet for me). When you have a moment, definitely drop by and show support!

The Boba tea was delicious! Lola had Strawberry Milk Tea w strawberry popping Boba, and strawberry jelly. I had a Dark Blend Vietnamese style coffee. Both were delicious! I mean, like, really, really good. Lola said hers was the best she ever had. Even as far as to sat, it was one of her favorite desserts she's ever had! The service wasn't great. Let me be clear, the problem was the customer service. There was no issue with the wait or service of receiving the drink. It was our first time in a Tealux. I'm unsure whether the customer service is this non-existent at all locations. Once I realized there was a screen to order from, a few minutes after our arrival, we placed our order. We were the only patrons in the establishment from the moment we walked in until we left. We were never spoken to the entire time we were there with the exception of the person stating the names of our order aloud when they were ready for pickup. We were not greeted. We were not even acknowledged. The atmosphere was nice because of the large windows allowing a view onto bustling Colley Avenue. It was a beautiful day, and there were many pedestrians out and about enjoying the shops. There were a few games and markers with scrap paper to keep us busy. We enjoyed one another and the Boba. The setting was nice. If I had been alone, I would have felt very unwelcome.Parking: There is a nice size parking lot directly behind the business, making getting in and out much easier on bust days when street parking is not available.

floors and tables are always dirty and look greasy. staff doesn't listen when you ask to not include certain foods in your order. ultimately just not worth your money, many many other places around with better service, better quality food and drink and better cleanliness.

I was here yesterday morning, and let me you……this place was very dirty. The drinks are clearly not fresh at all and definitely not worth the money. The milk tea is tasted more like milk than tea. On top of that it was very gritty which is not a good thing. I would recommend Gong cha or Kung fu tea since they’re are clearly better and right around the corner

So I'm so excited to try this new place. I'm looking for a fruit tea and the lady recommended me the Luna! It's a right combination of jasmine tea, lychee, butterfly pea, and sweetness! Surprisingly it good and refreshing! I also got there popcorn chicken was good! I can't wait to come back, and try their other tea here!
