My previous review for this establishment was five stars year after year. I’m changing it because of the atmosphere. This is a family restaurant, not a night club. The music was so loud I could barely hear the person sitting next to me. Wait staff must not have much to do except dance. I am truly disappointed because we have been customers since the day it opened. Riley is still an amazing bar tender & very professional!

I ordered online and my food was ready in 30 like the website said. Everything was hot and tasted really good! I didn't get to take pictures as the food was devoured almost immediately. The smokehouse burger was seasoned well and cooked MEDIUM...without me having to ask. That's very rare nowadays. The diety fries were packaged with toppings on the side. We ate quarter of them before adding the toppings. They were seasoned so well. The hot honey wings were more hot then honey but hey that's probably not my thing. However, the wings were cooked well not too dry like wing stop but not wet like Buffalo wild wings. They have a nice crisp without scratching your gums.Finally, a place that lives up to the hype.. We'll definitely be returning really soon.

Great wings, but the slowest kitchen in existence. Expect at least a 35-45 min wait for your food. The waitress rang in my wing order incorrectly, then completely missed the side that should have come with it. After being reminded that I had a side with the wings, she rang it in separately. Decent wings, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Easily the best wing spot in Norfolk/VA Beach. The sauce and rub combinations and tag team options are the gold standard. I’ve been coming here for years and the quality remains consistent at all times. Laney was our server recently and judging from some of the new faces management has definitely upgraded as far as the service staff out on the floor waiting tables. Keep up the great work Dirty Buffalo! Wing Wednesday 1/2 off wings will keep me coming back as long as I’m alive and this business keeps on chugging!

Follow-up review several years later and to-go orders HAVE NOT improved. Often have small things left out like drinks or condiments, but today was 2 sides, meaning one person in our group had nothing. So another 30 minute round trip and cold food for the person having to do so and we'll, you're not in the mood for the food anymore.Placed a to go order and was told it would be 25 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant to pick it up and apparently the order had yet to be placed, meaning we waited another 25 minutes. We were offered nothing for the wait and the order was missing a drink. Thanks for the poor customer service as I take it as a hint to go elsewhere.
