Pizza was delicious and prepared in the amount of time that was quoted. I've been in the area for quite some time but hadn't given them a shot until recently. Everything was flavorful, hot, and as to be expected. The Bianca Amber is unique but my favorite of the three pizzas that I snagged.

Every time we order from the Pizzeria I always ask myself if the delivery time is worth the bite? We always have to call to check up on our delivery. We’ve been ordering for a couple years now and it’s gotten worse over time. The drivers used to be excited to take our order due to the fact that you can see the tip amount before it goes out. Great pizza but order with the risk of it being cold by the time it gets to your door.

Decent food, although the calzones and stromboli always come out a little flat. Pizza is okay. Not a dine in kinda place. Kinda place you walk out of because everyone within earshot seems to be going through divorce type trauma which disables their ability to speak fluently. They kinda screw you on the wings cause they never give you enough flats

Normally when we order from this place it’s really good but today we ordered 30 parm wings 2 Greek salads and a sandwich . The wings tasted like the oil was old or something and barely had any seasoning on them. Our Greek salads came with no dressing and management tells me usually people have salad dressing in there fridge and said he doesn’t know why we didn’t like the food and can’t do anything about it and he’ll call me back I’m sorry but that is so unprofessional and very disappointing … probably won’t be ordering here anymore . Highly disappointed

Ok had to give this place 5. First time ordering and I am very pleased. Customer service was great wait time was good. Good food comes from small paces. Felt like NY where the pizza is greesy with flavor and bread toasted with the good old oven taste. If you not from NY then u will think it's burnt but that's how the oven makes it. New York born and raised and that is a new york taste and do not let anyone tell you different. Great place will order again

This is the best pizza in Norfolk! It’s a delight just to walk in this real pizzeria for New York style pizza. The owner has been in the pizza biz for 40 years and really knows his dough! Trust me, you will not regret going to the Pizzeria at Wards corner for your next takeout meal.

Placed a large order!!! When I picked them up.... Everything was hot, ready and out of this world delicious!!!! Our party stated that this was one of the best pizzas that they have ever had!!! Great people, local business and amazing pizza!!! Thank you!!!

I placed an order online for delivery at 4:30pm the confirmation email said it would be delivered before 6pm. called after an hour and half and the girl said that she contacted eatstreet because they close at 9 and the order was a future delivery for 930pm. and that eatstreet was supposed to contact me. well they didnt i contacted eatstreet they said no thats not what thier system said that it wasnt a future delivery and the restaurant did not contact them. and their records show the restaurant confirmed the order for times they emailed me.the girl just flat out lied. i have the screen shot to prove it. if you dont want buisness then just close. this used to be the best place but whomever the girl is has ruined it. almost 90 bucks just thrown away.

I have ordered from the pizzaria twice both times I was told 35 minutes for delivery and both times it was almost an hour and a half later....and both times the pizza was hard and cold...there will not be a third time...not the best delivery system and the delivery radius is 1 mile so why does it take an hour and a half? I did give the delivery driver a 10.00 tip as it was a rainy evening but I will never order from this place again...I could forgive the first delivery but you did it to me twice...no more pizzaria for me!!! Peace out!!!!!!

So back when Ward’s Corner had a Plasma Center I use to eat at this place for lunch everyday. $1.00 slices for NYC pizza, now they have 2 slices and a drink for $4.99 plus tax everyday. I walked into that pizza shop today and all the old memories started to come back from the good days, then the owner Todd came out to grab my order and he was still cool and funny. Definitely a great spot to stop by to grab a slice or a whole pie, Todd and his staff are very friendly and serving smiles one slice at a time!!!

We used to love this place but the last few times we've ordered, it's been disappointing. I get wait times are long because of short staffing but 4 hours later for a pizza and mozzarella sticks is insane. My boyfriend placed an order this evening around 5pm and we just now had it delivered at 8:50. If I had been the one to place the order, I would've canceled it hours ago.
