I would NOT eat Sushi from here. I ordered two shrimp tempura rolls and they tasted like they had been made for days if not weeks. The rice was hard and so was the shrimp inside.... HORRIBLE!! I won't be going back!!!!!!!

Love the food here. I'm a pescaterin and lunch breaks are always troublesome. But not anymore. The salmon lunch hibachi special can't be beat the price is great and the food is good! Also love the crab ragoon its nice and sweet! Food os ready super Quick also.

As a foodie who wanted some quick hibachi without spending a billion dollars, this was honestly probably the worst restaurant I’ve been to like ever. The fried rice had no flavor, the shrimp was very overcooked, the salad was very watery, and I couldn’t even finish more than a few bites because it tasted pretty bad; I highly do not recommend this place if you like food that has flavor ? I’ve been in the service industry a long time and I don’t like having to leave a bad review, but I don’t want people to have food that doesn’t taste good ??

Listen to the other negative reviews because they are definitely right. I ordered from here thinking maybe they are just being extra with the negative reviews but they are pretty spot on. Eating here will leave you wondering what is wrong with the rice?? Gets 2 starts because the flavor of the meat was good even though it looked questionable.

Only giving 2 stars because the service was quick, but I wouldn't recommend eating from here. The food is so bland. I ordered teriyaki chicken and got a kebab with chicken, bell peppers and onions...it didn't even taste like teriyaki. I figured there's no way to mess up shrimp tempura, so I tried it and even that was bland. Take your money elsewhere!

I rarely eat from Tokyo Express. For one, I always feel like I'm bothering the person taking my order. Secondly, It's a hit or miss. They are one of the only hibachi places to get a quick meal in the area and I was on a time limit. Today was a miss! Very disappointed as I was eating my platter. I found a long black hair at the bottom. This place is clearly not clean and I'm going to make this my last time ordering. For your health and safety, do not eat here.Update: I was going to let it go and toss the platter but after plans fell through, I HAD TIME TODAY! I called Tokyo Express and let them know I found a black hair in my food. Conversation: "Did you eat the platter?" I said yes, the hair was chilling at the bottom of it. "We can remake it for you." I politely declined because if the platter had a hair in it, I don't want to know what else their grill has on it. I let them know I'd like a refund. "Okay, can you bring the platter back?" Never heard of any restaurant requesting the return of touched food. Y'all better hope my uneaten shrimp doesn't end up in your platter lol. I drive back with the platter and the guy asks me how I paid with an attitude. I said, with cash. He opens the platter first and doesn't find the hair. I said, you don't see the hair, let me show you. I promptly push the food and find the hair. That really pissed him off. He starts trying to say it's my hair, like I planted it. Picture this... I'm a kinky, curly, all natural haired, Ebony female and my hair is brown. Look at the hair in the picture. That is a boneless, rhythmless, unseasoned, stringy strand of bland, black hair. Not a kink, curl or wave to it. How is that my hair?! My hair is curly on my head and it will be curly wherever it lands. The nerve! I snatched my refund and headed out the door. Seriously y'all, don't eat here. Rude, filthy and undeserving of good business.

I came here for the first time, got the chicken and steak with the fried rice and vegetables, pieces of my chicken and steak were raw and the yum yum sauce was watered down.

Tried this new to me place since i'm on the naval base and be needing some quick food delivered. The lady was nice on the phone and the driver came pretty quick as well. I ordered spring rolls which were good, fries which were also good HOWEVER the wings?! very unsat, not fresh and they seemed to be fried cooled and then re-fried. they were very hard, dry and just not mad for human consumption.

This place doesn't serve quality food! The rice used for the rice looks like long grain instead of sushi rice (short grain), each piece of sushi fell apart. The ginger (that came with sushi) taste like a flower not ginger. The rice used for hibachi dinner taste like brown rice also wasn't good. The one star is for the stir fried shrimp and veggies that were ok. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

very bad service i order for pick up before i get off to work 30mins early when i came there and get my food still not ready yet and they dont even make it yet im wasting my money to pay uber to go to pick up my food and end up getting nothing so disappointed. very very bad service. ?
