I work down the street from this location, I visit this location 2-3 times a week! They know me by name, they always greet me with a smile, they ask how am I doing, they remember what I order, and always tell me to have a great day when I leave. When I order online they always have my order ready. No matter how busy they are, they give great customer service!!

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this location. I’m from out of town and walked in to a very strange gas like smell. Then a lady took over the register from her husband and was very rude about my order. He recommended that I try a different smoothie but forgot to remove the smoothie I originally ordered. When she came to check the total out, she was very short tempered when I questioned why my total was higher than usual. She then proceeded to cool my wrap with anger and the dropped the bag on the floor she was putting my food in. She tried to hand it to me and I said why wouldn’t you trade out that bag if it fell on the floor, and she got an attitude when I asked for a clean bag. That’s not good customer service.

I am very disappointed in this location. All other locations actually put effort into their food and this location has a complete disregard for the quality of their stuff. I ordered the avocolada and it was super watery and had absolutely no flavor at all. I also ordered the PB Banana flatbread and there was NO peanut butter on it?!! There was one VERY thin swipe of the peanut butter and the granola was not properly broken up. The pieces were huge and made it hard to eat. Same with the açaí bowl. The granola wasn’t broken up.

I have had varied experiences at this location, but for the most part, the service is very quick and kind.Their smoothies are decent, but personally I don't know if they're worth the price. I think only a couple of their flavor combos are really good.Their food is really good, in my opinion, and they have a wide selection-I love their flatbreads and wraps!The store's interior is massive and drafty, and not the most cozy or welcoming, because it appears a little daunting.All in all, I like their shop and find their menu to be pretty good, but pricey!

I made a quick stop in here for lunch with my husband when he worked in the office. It's rather larger for being on granby. There wasn't a lot of customers when we arrived so we were quickly greeted and helped. Staff members here were super friendly and kept a smile on their face. The establishment as well as the restrooms were clean and tidy. Food and smoothies came out quickly and tasted great! Overall a great spot on granby for a healthy lunch!

Hi, former worker here. First and foremost, I suggest you don't order from here. The manager rubs the stains out the smoothie jugs with her bare hands. Everyday I worked I was yelled at for not understanding their heavy accents. From what I've seen working here, they are very unsanitary. I've been scolded for "using gloves for everything" and I was even told stop mopping the lobby everyday. The managers are very rude, especially the old Indian man. He'd push me out the way everytime I tried to do an order and get mad at me and scream at me for not understanding his accent. The owner spoke to me as if I was incompetent and she'd make angry faces at me during training then snatch away the sandwich I was making and do it herself. They are also very racist, I've heard this from other employees of color. The owner Ms Patel would speak to me as if I was a dog and talk to me slowly like I was a child. I suggest you order from the tropical on 21st street instead.

Bad Management. I have been working here for a year and sum and they treat me with no respect. The managers not putting me on the schedule for some apparently reason. But they both claim that I do my work like I’m supposed to, but I guess my face give off I have an attitude I guess because I’m black ifykyk that’s just a black person natural look because if I had a attitude or if I was mad about something you would know. Can’t put me on the schedule, but Want to ask and beg me to stay longer when somebody doesn’t show up for their shift. The managers are rude. Looks are very deceiving. very disappointed in this location. me and my boyfriend went in 20 minutes before closing just to order a smoothie each, there were a bunch of workers there and just one customer waiting for drinks. when we got in we were told that they already closed the registers and we could not order. they also stated they do this 15 minutes before closing, but seeing as we go there prior they had done it even sooner. so we were turned away from this location and will probably never return. Extremely rude service. never heard of a fast food place closing before time. and I've worked a Starbucks where we stayed open till the last come that came in the door before the closing hour was taken care of. just plain awful terrible service.

My buffalo chicken had no lettuce on it no tomatos no cheese it normally had it more presentable then what I receive it I was not happy or satisfied with how the wrap when I opened. The guy was soooo busy talking it could have make it was better than what I receive. My jetty punch had no sweetness to it .

I am a bit surprised by the bad reviews. Customer service was very friendly. I believe the owner helped me. He even showed me around because there is an upstairs and he was bragging about his daughter that helped decorate. The upstairs even has a fireplace. We just go 2 sandwiches....well I had the thai wrap and my husband had a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Both were good....not outstanding but good. Exactly what I would expect from a tropical smoothie. No smoothies for us. I would definitely return - especially since I am supporting a local business owner and a very friendly one. :)
