We went here for Valentine's Day. I've never had rolled Ice cream before. It was okay, very expensive for what you get. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have any of the vegan items that they advertised. The service was okay, not bad!
First, Me and my friend had to wait 20 minutes for boba then the boba was not even good. The milk tea tasted like water and the boba tasted like peppermint and itWas disgusting. Then my friend got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it tasted like ice and there was no cheesecake chunks at all. Over all the food was just nasty I don’t recommend.

It was a rainy Sunday so the place was pretty quiet. But the ice cream was great! I didn't know it was unlimited toppling, wish I was told that when I ordered.

Worst rolled ice cream I’ve ever had. I got Oreo chocolate chip and it tasted like banana. We also ordered regular Oreo ice cream and it did not taste good almost tasted of metal. Do not recommend. Going to Wawa would have been better.

I went into this place looking for an amazing crepe and ice cream with my family, and I was met with attitude and sarcasm when I didn't know what I wanted and was asking questions. It was a terrible experience when I ordered a crepe the curly haired girl told the other girl to go get the the crepe batter from upstairs which was just weird, and I've been here before and the girl with the curly hair was so sweet to me but now it seems like she flipped and is just really demeaning. They also did not have Nutella and last time I took my family they did not have it then either which was about two weeks ago. I used to be a regular and bring people here but I will not anymore. I'm so sorry for this place.

The ice cream is good but the service is terrible. It literally took over 40 minutes to get 3 rolled ice creams with only 3 people ahead of us. I could have ordered actual food and gotten it quicker.
This place has to be under new management. The staff is nice but I use to come here everyday and the ice cream was the best I ever had. It’s been about a year since I’ve been here and nothing has changed but the prices being very high for underwhelming ice cream. The scoops here use to be amazing, homemade. Now it’s some generic brand. I’m so disappointed ?

HiI just moved to Norfolk. I absolutely love my new neighborhood. Favorite place my daughter loves is Urban Ice. Since coming here a hit until today. My daughter ordered Cookie Monster and I ordered Hawaiian Kiss. Well, my daughter loved hers and mines was a huge flop. The young lady didn’t seem much interested to do it and the rolls was very skippy and I had No pineapple. She put too small pieces and said “I can only do it with two because it’s hard to smooth out”… really I just had this done by the other nice young lady and it was so delicious. Every bite I had a piece of pineapple and the rolls was thick and even. Yes I threw it away inside urban ice. I’ll be back but I’ll wait for Elise.Elise is the best!Not happy but I know who not to ask make my Hawaiian Kiss.Make it a greatttt day on purpose!Brooklyn’s Finest!!!

Menu claims to have Affogato. You will receive a small amount of ice cream and watered down coffee, not even espresso. Restaurant is filthy. Did not even give a spoon. I guess there was no need since we received a cold coffee. The workers need a manager on site and the restaurant needs a deep cleaning
