Evidently attention to detail is not a factor when hiring someone preparing orders. Other than having to wait in line for an extended period of time only to receive the wrong order during an overly crowded lunch., I'm glad I didn't get to eat and basically paid people to give me trash to throw away. Don't waste your time with this location, just go across the street to the convenience store and get a snickers.

This Wendy's looks run down. Slow service, the app didn't work to pay with gift card we got and not really helpful. Lacking in drink choices, Would rather spend the gas to go to any other location. To top it off we were told something wasn't available but than saw other people with similar items.

Horrible experience..Was served and notice that the employee was handling food with open sores!! When I told the Manager (Jenna Ro) she simply just act like it was no big deal no apology or anything..Like it was normal practice.. I then asked for refund and it took her over 10 minutes to do so..This Wendy's is horrible anyway..Always out of everything and horrible customer service...by far this experience was the worse!!!

Drop your human wasted employees and bring in the robots. Went to order breakfast at the drive thru and could not order food due to employees arguing with each other who was going to take the order. Don't have time to play these petty games with employees who rather play than ring up sales. And was on Saturday and I was the only car in drive thru for breakfast, had to go to Hardee's just to stop playing games with these stupid children games.

I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit an I said add egg and cheese to it. First they added another sandwich an I said I just want egg and cheese added to the honey butter chicken sandwich. She took the extra sandwich off but had an attitude, the cook understood what I was ordering I thought, because he was explaining the order. I got to work unwrap my sandwich and had a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, not the honey butter chicken with egg and cheese added. I'm through with that location and most likely Wendy's period. They just seem not to be able to get a simple order right. This is not the 1st but will be the last, I'm done.

EVERYTIME!!!! I go through the drive thru they NEVER GET THE ORDER right!!! What's wrong with people, it's not that difficult. I would like an "apple pecan salad, with an extra dressing" But what do I get!!! A salad with one package of dressing, no pecans and no receipt. Had to get off the car and ask for the pecans. Didn't even ask for the extra dressing because the manager looked at me as if she was bothered that I was asking for a package of pecans.

I came in a bit late before work at 23, which is in opportune I realize that, but I spent 10+ minutes waiting on a spicy 9 on the menu to receive an undercooked chicken patty. I attempted calling and no one answered. I am not pleased.

Need to fire the person who’s on night shift. I’m sitting here at the Wendy’s I got here at 11:15. I ordered online it’s now 11:43. If the person on night shift don’t want to work they shouldn’t have a job.

The African American dude working there said he could only take cash, then said our meal was $27 so we pull up to the window and hand him 2 $20 bills and he tells us to reverse behind the wall. Then a minute later he tells us to pull up and gives us $5 in change and then we ask for a recipt and he says the machine is broken. And you know what the best part was? We still didn't have all our food. We came back and he was super kind and gave us the right change and the food we were missing.

One of the rudest drive thru I've encountered with. The female was yelling thru the mic without a reason. They had my order wrong but I can't prove it because they don't have receipts. I hope the higher up do an audit on this Wendy's. This is the worst out of all of them.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Waited as the only customer for 20 minutes without being helped. When I finally made my order, I was informed that there was no Frosty mix (this was the only thing I went in for).
