Why would you only have 2 employees working on one of the busiest nights? And to top it off the French fry machine is down? Tonight is the Norfolk Christmas parade and every other restaurant had more than 2 employees working. While waiting 20 + minutes for my food more than 10 people walked out in frustration. The employee was very rude and rang me up for a sandwich and drink and got mad when I asked for fries. I told her I never asked for a drink yet you are trying to charge me for one. Make sure to check your order for accuracy otherwise who knows what you will be charged for

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I made an online order and scheduled it for pickup in store. My gf went to pick up the order and the girl working the counter was completely disrespectful and rude to my gf and told her they couldn’t make our sandwiches as ordered, refused to help her re-order the sandwiches there, and then ignored her with any further assistance to the point that my gf left and walked out without our food and the loss of the $40. We will NEVER order here again and encourage anyone else to do the same while their staff is so useless and disrespectful.

This was an overpriced horrible sandwich! I would have rather spent a few more dollars and went to another sandwich shop! Will never order from here ! Bread was old and crusty and was not toasted! It was sloppy and messy and not appetizing to try to eat !Vegetarian options: Need other options!

Fantastic service and fantastic sandwich. Lai and Meila did a great job taking care of me, and they were polite and professional with everyone who came in during the 30 minutes or so I was there. I wish I lived closer, I would come here often.
Our sandwiches were tasty. The staff, Lai and Meila, were very helpful, kind and quick with our meal. Highly suggest for sandwiches and a milkshake. We absolutely plan to come back.Kid-friendliness: We ate with our young children and it was easy. They enjoyed the sandwiches and seating was not a problem.

From the moment we walked in & greeted by staff member named Meila, it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. She took the time to walk us through how to take a bag, complete request & order food. She could tell we were first timers & was so patient & kind with us. Her enthusiasm & kindness was hands down exceptional! The food was fresh & delicious! We had Philly cheese steaks & shakes. Amazing taste & rolls fantastic! What made our experience the best was not only the flavor of the food but the customer service by Meila! I wish more people were like her when serving customers with a smile & engaged in pleasant conversation! Thank you Meila for welcoming us from PA! You made our evening a wonderful experience! We recommended to others at our business conference & we will be back for a future visit!

Don't go here.They close their store whenever they want.They can't make sandwich and when called them they got my order wrong person said " I don't give a f***" and hung up.They locked their door at 5:30 and said it was their prep time. At 8:00 in the evening their door was locked and when asked if they are open girl who was sitting on the table just turned around and shared her head and continued to talk with her friend.I don't know who owns this place but whoever owns it is losing money for sure.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF EVEN COMING HERE , if you all are going to have the side that actually distinguishes you from jimmy johns or subway ?!!???! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST DONT GO HERE. I live in the area , and this place has NEVER served fries. Not for the past 2 years at least lol. I’m TIRED of tryna get fries from here with a sandwich. 0 stars. Oh yeah , the sandwich’s are also mediocre and OVERPRICED like many other reviewers said. I should of listened smh.

My first time here! I had seen this place many time before but finally decided to walk in. I got the Cali Club, and it was really good. The bread was crispy, and the cheese and bacon were warm and melty. Service was a little rough, but it was pretty early. I also didn't like that there wasn't any music, and I had to eat in silence. Other than that food came out quick, and was tasty
