This place is a joke. Went in today to place an order, just to be told by an employee that they were only taking online orders since they didn't know how to work the register. That wouldn't have been an issue if there was more than just a single piece of paper that was hand written, saying "oNLiNe OrDeRs OnLy" underneath one single register. Would have been nice to know before I walked in. Safe to say, this place is run by a bunch of high-school dropouts who are more worried about their breaks and being on their phones than actually training their employees. You're better off buying wings from 7eleven than here. At least their employees know how to work a register.

I enjoyed this first experience. The customer service was exceptional. I brought three meals for almost 60 dollars. I just think the quantity of the food wasn't there. The fries looked similar to a small or less on each 8 piece wing meal and 10. I asked for an extra sauce, which was 2 dollars. I just think for almost 60 dollars of food that shouldn't have been a problem. Nevertheless, the young lady who greeted us and placed our order was patient as this was my first time and helpful.

I was worried about the reviews but I really wanted some good wings and fries so I gave it a shot and I can say… It did not miss! I got boneless wings and voodoo fries they were crispy with the sauce and the fries were spicy my nose was running but that’s how I know it’s good. Minor bonus points because my uber eats delivery driver was fine. Will order again thank you ??

previous , i was going to the wingstop on diamond springs in VB but my order is always not ready for an additional 30 minutes... but today i went to this location and it was ready before i got there and they were PACKED! they were moving quickly and as guests entered guy in back was calling out the already made orders. it is a pretty smaller dine in area but was clean and welcoming. would recommend this place! i ordered the 16.99$ 20 boneless wings & buffalo ranch fries

This place needs to be shut down immediately. Management sucks, food sucks, everything....sucks. no ac, bugs, the list goes on. It should be illegal running a store like this. GO TO DIAMOND SPRINGS OR VIRGINIA BEACH BLVD. Those stores are actually well managed and the food tastes great.
