Okay this place deserves 5 stars. I got their lunch taco special and the cashier recommended the queso as the side. The chicken was amazing. So much flavor. I got it with the green salsa. The queso was nothing special but still good. We only come up here for Costco and we were hungry after and came here. Such a nice place (:

Delicious! I've been missing a good, fresh California style burrito since we moved here. This hit the spot for me! Fresh ingredients, emphasis on the seasoning. All ingredients INSIDE the burrito. Yes please and thank you!

Obsessed. I had hoped the tofu pastor would become a permanent menu item and so happy I did- best vegetarian taco filling EVER! It’s so flavorful and has an amazing texture. This place rocks- everything is always delicious, fresh, and at a good price too!! Makes my Texan heart happy in Virginia.

I had read several good reviews about this place since it opened a couple years ago, so I was happy to finally give it a try.We arrived on Tuesday around 11:30. There were about 4-5 staff on hand, but we were the only customers.The service was friendly, but they got our takeout order wrong.For my "Taco Lunch Deal" I ordered a Chicken taco and Americana taco, but we discovered when we got home that instead of chicken, I got a beef (brisket) taco [which tasted like a not-so-good BBQ sandwich], and there was no dressing for my wife's taco salad. In spite of this, she said the salad was pretty good -- but not the best she's had. My Americana taco was pretty good, but I did not care for the beef brisket taco [which I had not ordered].After tax, our takeout bill was $28.

Just discovered this place and plan to be a regular visitor. Food is excellent, got the $13 taco lunch combo. Love the thin chips with queso. Atmosphere and service is also very pleasant. You’ll love it too.

Was searching for a new spot after being disappointed with the chain taco options in Midlo. This place is fantastic. Was very impressed with the quality of the meat (carnitas/barbacoa/pork belly). Carnitas is usually my bar for a quality shop since most places make them either dry or bland (or both), but these carnitas are excellent. Same goes for the barbacoa and pork belly. Flavorful, juicy, and a good serving for the price. The lunch combo is a nice deal.My only request would be to make it easier to customize toppings when ordering online, rather than just being able to subtract the pre-set options chosen for a meat.

I cannot express how great this place is. I've been 6 times now with a mix between carry-out and dine-in. All of our experiences has been nothing short of stellar. Flavorful authentic tacos, nachos, queso, and more! Not only is there a very friendly staff, but the cooks know what they're doing, you wouldn't expect the quality of food for the price & location. Helpful tip if your a first timer, get the Super Nachos w/ Pork or a Pork Belly taco, you can thank me later...

Consistently delicious food. Chicano Boy is my favorite local spot. I don’t usually order beef, but their beef brisket salad is perfect. I also like their shrimp and vegetarian options.

Im surprised by the high reviews for this place. Stumbled in one afternoon while in that part of town and was excited to give it a go. While there is some decent variety, none of the tacos I got were really that good. Even the queso was just kind of meh. I did appreciate the staff who were very kind and the fact that they have booster seats for kids but that's about it.
We get takeout here regularly. The food is fresh and tastes homemade. Service is always friendly and quick. They have a nice spot for dining in as well. Everything is good, but their tortilla chips and queso are a cut above. Highly recommend having a Mexican Coke to complete the experience.

This is our new favorite Mexican place! First time we came in we told them it was our first time and the cashier went over the menu with us and made recommendations. We ended up splitting the super nachos and we were so full after! Their lunch deals are also amazing, the portions are great and do not miss out on their chips and queso! 10/10

Holy guacamole! What a wonderful addition to Bon Air. The service was friendly and ambiance of the space is fun and kid friendly. We really appreciate how delicious the food is. Specifically I got the chicken bowl. It's a home run. Eat in or take it to go. You won't be disappointed!
