Spent over $150 for sandwiches. 4 reg, 4 cajan and 4 bacon and cheese with a dozen sides. Not one sandwich labeled so everyone had to look through them until they got the one they ordered. That stunk.

Employees do not use gloves when preparing the food, this is to include the managers. Tongs are not enough.. Employees do not wash their hands after touching multiple surfaces. Not handing food out according to dine in/ take out.

Just wish they would allow orders of all dark with coupons ?
The fact you’re using a coupon shouldn’t prevent you from being able to request all dark meat. With a 10piece family meal, I could see an outlandish request, ie all legs, or all breasts, or all of anything. But, when nobody in the family likes white meat, and the breast is the more expensive piece of meat, a request to replace the breasts and wings for legs and thighs shouldn’t be an issue. I fully realize this is a 1st world problem, and admittedly a petty complaint, and that Popeye’s will never see or care about this review, but to everyone reading this, thanks for listening?

Went there on Hull st Rd. My order was taken through the drive-through .my order was a chicken sandwich combo which was taken by a young lady ! I forgot to let her know I had a coupon so when I got to t j e window and handed her the only and the coupon she went of talking to me very disrespectful , yelling you should have told me you had a coupon , going completely off . I'm 70 years old and I refuse to let this young child get away with it so I told her she need to watch her tone when talking to a customer ( especially one that's old enough to be your grandmother! Still she said she can do as she please ! And invited me to come in the store to fight !( tis is some sort of ghetto stuf stuff going on.( this would never happen at Chick-fil-A and that is where I will be taking my business from now on ! I have lived in this area for 27 years and have never been so shocked with the disrespectful that comes from this location( this was not the 1st. Time just a different employee . I'm gonna file a complaint with the county because I feel threatened now to use their service. This young girl has Bern there for a while so whoever is managing her let's her get away with being disrespectful!

Got there just as the inside closed, however the drive-thru was open. They were out of biscuits and a few other items but they made it right. The food was still fresh and hot.
