Food is always great, best place to get chicken. Staff is always nice and helpful, the interior is well decorated as well.

Delicious chicken (but we also ordered a beef dish). As spicy as you wish, or ask them to make it milder. Steamed dumplings also very good. Enjoyable. Friendly staff. Will definitely come again.

I love this place, more than just the hospitality you get from dining in, but from how easily the chicken falls off the bone and how well the meat retains its tenderness. The one helping us was incredibly sweet and showed incredible hospitality during our time there. The flavors vary along with the dipping sauces to choose from, but the core of dish will always be how well the chicken comes out juicy and moist from every order.I will definitely recommend this to anyone willing to grab some good chicken.

Very happy with this place! The chicken is very crispy and insanely juicy. The white meat pieces were just as tender and moist as the dark meat pieces which is hard to do!Chicken-mu (pickled radish) was fantastic and the coleslaw and edamame were very good. Onion rings seem to be made in-house too and have a great panko breading. The original chicken (no sauce) was seasoned really nicely and had a nice balance of saltiness and other seasonings. The soy garlic sauce was super garlicky and less sweet than other Korean chicken places, but we honestly preferred this so much more.Everything is super fresh and the staff are so sweet and helpful. The restaurant has a fun vibe with plants and cute, handmade pictures. Really looking forward to going back!

This place exceeded my expectations. Me and my boyfriend came here on a whim hoping to try somewhere new in the area and the chicken is amazing! The hot and spicy is sooooo spicy, but that's the point of being labeled hot and spicy. I got the spicy pork and the flavor was great, tender pork and great portions. Fries were also very crispy and hot when she brought them out so no complaints at all. I really recommend this place even for just plain fried chicken, it's well worth it!

Amazing Fried Chicken has finally arrived in midlothian! My husband and I have been wanting to try this place and we were so glad we did. The service at this place was amazing and very attentive with our needs. We wanted to try as much as we could from their menu. We had their dumplings, soy garlic wings, sweet spicy wings and plain wings. First of all, the dumplings tasted homemade, it was definitely not frozen. And of course their chicken! It was AMAZING. It has great flavors, the sauce taste homemade as well. The sauce was perfect in a way that it did not overpower the chicken flavor. If you're hesitating on going to this place, just go and enjoy amazing chicken!

Really great Korean fried chicken place. Really happy to have this in rva and hope to be back to support it. Miles ahead of the Bon Chon in Midlothian, which i dont think is very good.

Great quality chicken. Crispy, juicy, and the sauces tasted great. Price was reasonable as well. The woman working there was really nice and works hard. While I was waiting a customer picking up their food forgot one of their items and she practically sprinted out the door to catch up with them. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors and dishes.

Yesterday we tried Tobi Chicken for the first time. We were very excited to try Korean fried chicken other than Bonchon which has been our go-to restaurant. The restaurant is small, but so clean and beautifully decorated. There is a bar with a tv and the place was decorated with a bunch of what seems to be hand painted tiles with different drawings, cartoons, and messages. Each table had a cute little chicken as a napkin dispenser and the best smelling hand sanitizer. The lady that helped us was super nice and attentive. She gave us a side of pickled radishes. We ordered soy garlic chicken and the sweet chicken with French fries and onion rings as side dishes. The onion rings were good. I wish it came with a dipping sauce. The fries were okay, they are like the frozen French fries that you can fry at home. The chicken took significantly longer to cook (as expected) than the side dishes so it would had been nice to get all of the food at the same time instead of getting the sides first and have them get somewhat cold by the time we got the chicken. The fried chicken was good. We enjoyed it. However, I think it was slightly saltier than what I like. The chicken was cut in smaller pieces which doesn't bother me at all, but it bothered my husband because he likes to know which pieces he's eating before he takes a bite. I can't say that I necessarily like the chicken better than Bonchon, but you can't beat the ambiance and the kindness of the lady that works there. It gave me the vibe of a family owned restaurant and I rather support a family trying to make it with good food versus a big corporation. I will be back to try all of their different options of fried chicken and bring my kids along. I'm sure they will love it.

What an excellent experience. This was our first visit. The pickled radishes were really good and the onion chicken was our favorite. We also had the mild and sweet with a little side of hot and spicy. The service was great and we can't wait to come back!

Small mom and pop restaurant that takes great care of its diners. Their Korean Fried Chicken was perfectly cooked. Even with sauce, it was crispy. We ordered the half and half with soy garlic and the onion sauces, both of which were delicious. Portions were huge, felt like we got a whole chicken. Won't hesitate to return.

Suspicious cut .... I ordered carryout, one whole soy garlic and one whole hot & spicy chicken. The seasoning and cooking of the chicken was spot on for Korean style chicken. Cubed white radish was prepared properly. What I didn't like about their chicken is that they sectioned the breast part instead of cooking it whole, which is what I prefer. I know they are not the only ones who does it as other Korean chicken places do it too. But it seemed like the sectioned breast didn't have much meat as it should have. It looks like they took a chunk of white meat off the breast while preparing it and set it aside to make boneless popcorn chicken to sell as a separate entree. I don't know. I could be wrong. But for $50, I should get whole chicken. Three 1/2 stars.

I’ve been wanting to go here for a while and i’m so glad i did! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. My friend and I ordered the classic and sweet spicy fried chicken, it was amazing! The chicken was crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly.I couldn’t ask for better fried chicken! The lady who served us was SO sweet and gave us pickled radish and wipes to clean our hands after eating! There are not many Korean restaurants so it was a blessing that this place opened up. If your looking for affordable Korean style chicken this is your place! I totally recommend to try it out. ❤️
