I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Shoutout to that one young lady working on weekdays with the awesome makeup, you know who u are. The portion sizes are amazing, music choices are IMPECCABLE, tik toks made here always go viral, staff is friendly and even remembers my orders for me. I haven’t been there in a couple of weeks, and i already miss the feeling of my home, my chipotle. Always dine in for the full experience. This place is ok. The food is pretty standard for a Chipotle, but I've had some issues with service, such as rude servers who got upset when I asked for a kids meal, who put corn in my bowl even though I am allergic, and screw-up with orders. Also, it is unclean to eat here.I do order from this place, but I prefer delivery or curbside pickup so I don't have to deal with the disappointing service or restaurant, which can sometimes be unclean.

I went to order my regularly bowl and the food was absolutely disgusting but not as disgusting as the staff! very stingy people they did NOT take the time to listen to what I wanted. I was being rushed so much at that point I thought maybe I'll take up fasting since its better option then eating there. Never again!@google I need a negative star option immediately

This place used to be bad, which I think is why the rating is so low. I even used to have a one star rating on here, but recently I think they must’ve gotten new management or something because now it’s one of the best Chipotles I’ve been to. They always give a lot of food and the food is always fresh. It’s also typically pretty clean, especially for fast food standards, and the customer service is great.

We just picked up 4 bowls. I’ve never had such disgusting food. We live 5 mins away and the food was refrigerator cold! The barbacoa in my bowl was all grisly and inedible, i had to stop eating it. My wife’s and daughter’s food just as bad! The chips were stale. I will never go back here, i suggest if ur in the mood for chipotle drive to another one

I think they make orders incorrectly on purpose because every single time I come to this location they charge me for something but don’t put it in the bowl.

I ordered online and went to pick up my order which ended up being late by a few mins. While I was standing there waiting (in a completely empty store) I see that my order is sitting there behind the counter. I ask an employee if I can pick up my order and he angrily tells me "You can wait". This is also while an entire staff of 6 people are just twiddling their thumbs around before the lunch rush.If you order online and even specify extra anything, they'll give you the bare minimum. It seems that the staff are treating customers like garbage if they don't tip.

One of the most inconsistent chipotles I’ve been to. If you order ahead, they skimp on everything. That seems like a trend everywhere, but it’s particularly bad at this restaurant.As far as food quality, the veggies are usually way under and the guac is usually meh. Beams have been under a few times, as well. Otherwise it is a fairly standard experience.

My online order was to be picked up by 1:40pm. They first lost my order and I waited 25 mins. When I addressed it to Manager Leo or Cleo, he said go online and pour your concerns and to Leave comment online . I understand thing happens but really! Find better way to handle situations.
