“My new favorite Cafe. My cousin from California wanted to try a Cafe. I normally don't go to Cafes but stumbled across Hahu and I'm so glad we did. I have been there several times since then and have tried their breakfast, lunch, and desserts. I've also tried their matcha and coffee and everything have been excellent from the service to their food and drinks. They're Ethiopian dishes are amazing. I never had Ethiopian food but I love trying new foods and they did not disappoint. Even the American dishes are delicious. It's my new spot to just relax and enjoy some good food, drinks, and atmosphere. I highly recommend this Cafe, you won't be disappointed.“

“Dok Khao Thai Eatery is great food, full stop. All the usual Thai staples, plus some very delicious chef's specialties. The interior is just fancy enough if you feel like "doing it up", or casual enough that you don't feel underdressed in T-shirt and jeans. Highly recommended.“

“I am visiting NOVA to house-sit for a friend while she’s on vacation, and needed a coffee ship while I’m here. I wanted to avoid the chains and go local. So I tried this one from a google search. INCREDIBLE. It’s so good and the bankers items are delicious. I have gone everyday since being here. They are very friendly and the line is long but moves very quickly. It’s just one of those fun little local things you have to try. I am hoping to move to DC in the next several months, and have this on my list of places to keep in my phone. 10/10!“

“I know rating the place 5 stars seems too good to be true, but I’ve been going to this donutchew since they opened last year and it’s really become one of my favorite places to go. The staff are super friendly and really care about the place, the food is super tasty and the drinks are my end of week treat after a long week of work. My personal favs are the mango and early grey donuts (when they have the early grey, they have some flavors on rotation every week). The tea is very tasty, black milk tea or the orange fruit tea are my go-tos, and the corn dogs hit the spot when you really need it. I’ve spent hours sitting in there and studying as I eat and drink, and I’ve never felt awkward even when I’m the only one in the store. Many outlets for laptops, always seating available. They treat every customer like family and will take the time to ask you about your flavor profile and what time of coffee you typically like and then they proceed to provide you with an amazing coffee experience with the most delicious pour overs to espresso based drinks you've ever had. Watching them work is an added plus. They pay so much attention to each step of the process from when they freshly grind your beans to when they pull your shot or make your pour over, you can see them deep in thought; fully engaged in the process. They are constantly rotating their beans, bringing in award winning specialty coffee beans from all over the world. They usually have the beans for sale as well in case you love it and want to take some home.“

“Gathering Grounds has some nice coffee. I would personally recommend their hot coffee drinks, because whatever milk for the latte has a nice steaminess to it, hence the latte. The iced coffees are also pretty good, but I personally prefer the hot coffees more. The chocolate croissant is pretty good, and tastes like it just came out of the oven. I also like the ginger tea from here. If I had a suggestion, however, it would be to offer more options for sandwiches or wraps the way Starbucks does. Maybe some turkey bacon, or chicken.Servers are nice, but I do wish that they had more seating as the place can get easily cramped, but when they are available, I really enjoy the lounge chairs.“

“Drove up to try their Nitro brew. Solid pour and look but the coffee lacks any real flavor. I drink my coffee black and enjoy a strong cup of coffee. I understand the nitro lessens the bitterness but if this was a blind taste test I'm not sure I'd even guess it's coffee. Let the adventure for great nitro continue.“

“We had heard about this place and decided to try them on our trip to VA this time on Sunday morning. Their menu is simple with a lot of avocado choices.My wife and I decided to order hot coffee, almond croissant and a cheese danish. Everything was fresh. Coffee was on the strong side but perfect for morning beverage.Prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.“

“The pupusas and tacos are a must. They're probably some of the better tacos you can get around the Landmark area. I did order their Birria Fries, and I had mixed feelings. The meet and toppings themselves were delicious; however, the fries were soggy and actually cold. I would definitely have enjoyed it way more if it was hot and crispy.I've also had the Birria tacos and Birria ramen during another visit. I'd definitely recommend them!“

“Definitely a Hidden gem in the southern Maryland area. Since moving to the small town of Indianhead, I frequent this establishment quite often. The staff is always friendly, and I truly love trying out the "mystery lattes ". The owner is absolutely amazing, and is most helpful.“

“First time here. It’s a Starbucks. Good tea, great coffee. Clean establishment.I stopped in around 8a. This one was busy, but not overwhelmed. Constant feed of patrons, and most importantly it was fast!That’s seems challenging to find in the area.“

“First coming here I was a bit stressed from the day and ordered my usual, a black milk tea with extra boba. The tea was sweet but not overpowered with the milk inside. They didn't use powdered milk, they used regular but in their options menu they could change out the type of milk if you asked. ( almond, etc) The drink came out fast. I sat down and it was already done which was quite nice. So I was able to sit down and truly enjoy the drink for a bit. The place itself was small but comfortable, with things to look at in every turn. I went down to the back hall and was greeted by the many artworks or phrases on walls from other customers. I had time to kill so I took some time to add in my own touch and although they only had two markers at the moment, they took the time to look around to see if they had any others with me asking. It was a very nice experience and I truly enjoyed it. It certainly made me less stressed. I would come back here again. :)“

“Despite the clear understaffing I noticed a few baristas that were some of the most impressive workers I have ever seen. Claire and Nancy were on top of every drink I watch them make and ensured that mine was made perfectly. I don’t think I will ever go to another Starbucks and I hope employees like Nancy and Claire are retained and employees like them are continued to be hired.“

I personally don't like boba after trying it for the first time here but the restaurant is clean, great, has a area for photos/selfies, and has a wide selection of tea, boba flavors, ice cream, etc. Probably won't be going back but I'll recommend it to anyone that loves Boba! “We came to Lima Coffee Shop for an early lunch, and we're glad that we stopped by! This cute little Peruvian cafe is cozy and offers some good eats. We ordered: +a blanca Mocha - this was prepared very well; strong, creamy, and tasty! +a beef empanada - the exterior was a bit too thick, and I wasn't a fan of the filling flavors +a chicken empanada - the exterior was a bit too thick, and I wasn't a fan of the filling flavors +a Pollo sandwich - kind of like a chicken salad sandwich with mayo on a French bread; bread could have been less crusty and more fresh; the chicken salad itself was seasoned well and tasty; comes with shoestring potato sticks (I thought it came with fries); don't forget to request extra of the spicy sauce! +a Lomo Saltado - very generous in portions, this was prepared well and had great flavor; don't forget to request more of that spicy sauce! The spicy sauce, which seems like a spicier version of the aji, was amazing and a great complement to the food. Service was very friendly and kind. You order first at the cashier, and then just choose any of the tables. There also seems to be patrons coming in for to-go orders. “Got the brown sugar matcha since I like that flavor combo. Taste was there and not as sweet as I thought but I actually like that since boba is rather sugary in general. I've been here several times in the past and while cozy (small), it is nice and I never feel rushed to order. I really liked their Vietnamese coffee boba as well. The only thing is that pulling in and then parking can be a hassle and it's more out of the way from a bunch of the main eateries in Annandale but nonetheless an enjoyable boba spot in the area.“

“As I came today to this McDonald's , my parents was with me, my father is handicapped ( amputated leg ) , my mother forgot the "walker " so I asked if someone could help to bring my father from the car to the chair without any thoughts Mr Sean Athor offered help, after he was sitting , my father was upset because he thought it was inconvenience for Mr Sean , so him and his supervisor Me Jason Thomas came and told him it was there pleasure to help out and they did it because it could have been there father. This act of kindness is such a great example of how employees should be, this was something I only know from the Arab nations and today I experienced it in America. Thank you will never express my gratitude, I'm deeply humbled by the compassion of those two employees, I hope the company will promote and acknowledge them in the uppermost possible way. Furthermore I hope that they will receive a position in which they can teach the same kindness and compassion to all the other employees. “Staff is always nice and fast with everything, i come in at least once a week. Now and then I accidentally get cold foam but on my cold brew when i ask for cream but they always make the moment right for me and change it. I appreciate them taking out the extra time to make it how i like it. Again never had a bad experience at this store!“

“So glad that the O Bread location in Annandale re-opened so I don't have to go to Centreville. Also, it's nice to have more bakery options (even though there's already several, haha). My friend and I stopped by last week to pick up some pastries. So many delicious options, so I ended up picking four pastries. Most pastries are around 3.00, which isn't a bad price to splurge a bit for breakfast or snack. The MILK SHONG SHONG was good with a nice milk/cream flavor. I enjoyed both BLUEBERRY BUN and CHEWY BLUEBERRY BREAD (I think this one had a cream cheese center). I would get all three of these again. I also got the MATCHA STEAMED CASTELLA (has some red bean in it, too) that had a nice matcha flavor but the castella, overall, was a bit too dry. Definitely will be back to try more pastries and maybe some drinks. They have a variety of cakes here, too.“

“Been going to this Peet's for years near the library and the espresso drinks are always great! I like extra shots to sip on over time. That can make a drink bitter (and Peet's is stronger coffee than most anyway) but not with these baristas. Wonderful baristas here who are warm and funny. Really enjoy the "porch" area outside too where you can read/study or just chill, very relaxing space. Always fast service and kindness. Love this Peet's!!!“

“Went to this restaurant the other day with some friends. There's plenty of parking, handicap parking as well, bathrooms are available, and there is sit in dining. The staff are very helpful and extremely nice. The orders come out pretty quickly. Would absolutely recommend for a visit!“

Small franchise run by cheapskates that allow their managers to abuse children, verbally and psychologically..... as a dad of one of the soon to be former employees I implore you to stay away from this place. They deserve no money. I would rather see this place burn to the ground than ever give them even a penny at this point. Just go to crumble cookies, way better staff and environment. if you do end up going, do me a favor, ask Jahven why he likes to abuse 16 year old girls......? “I’ve been here twice since I was introduced to this place. Both time were good experiences. Customer service is good. I’ve had the matcha red bean slush w/ bubbles & the Oreo slush with bubbles... both were great. & I like their boba bc they are cooked just right. I would recommend people to come.“
