This past Saturday take home meal was simply outstanding! Glass noodles were the best I've ever had. The chicken was sticky, sweet and fall off the bone. Great desserts as always.
Well, with the Silk Mill no longer serving lunch and the Spoon & Spindle closed we decided to try Provisions and have decided it will be our go-to place for lunch in Orange, Virginia. The soup and sandwiches were delicious.

Enjoyed this small restaurant. My mother and I both had something off the daily specials menu and were happy with our meals. I ended up taking some of my home and plan to enjoy it tomorrow for lunch.

Today was our second visit to Provisions Market Table for Burger Saturday lunch. The Caesar salad was so yummy; I chose to add an Angus beef patty on top, Applewood bacon, and a perfect fried egg--so good! (Bought a fresh sourdough loaf to take home to share too.) Friendly people, super clean, nice vibes, excellent food. Thank you, Chef Cooper! It's a beautiful country drive from Goochland--a lovely way to spend the afternoon.

Stopped here for lunch en route south and was very pleased. The aesthetics of the restaurant were welcoming and the staff was very friendly. Despite being on the main road, there's plenty of parking adjacent. The lunch menu is limited to soup of the day, a salad, and a handful of sandwich options, all of which come with a side (soup, salad, mac and cheese, or German potato salad). I opted for the bacon, cheddar, and tuna melt. It was open-faced and really good. The tuna salad was a little runny, so I had to eat it with a knife and fork, but no problem at all. The bacon was fantastic: thick and meaty. The potato salad was good but the mac and cheese was delicious, so I'd get the latter again. Aside from the food menu, there's also other goodies on the shelf, as well as specialty sodas. Looking forward to returning!

I probably have lunch at Provisions about once a week on average. It is my favorite place in Orange, and has some of the best food in town. The set menu is excellent, but it is the weekly specials that make my day. The lobster roll, tuna melt or shrimp salad are not to be missed! All the sides are good, with the German-style potato salad being a favorite. The breads are all house made and a small, baked once-a-week, rosemary/lemon pound cake usually finds its way home with me. And then there is Burger Saturday. Choose between beef, pork, lamb, tuna or vegetarian and then build your own with a wide selection of toppings - even a fried egg (yum!). The staff members are all delightful and helpful. It is a place where I'll go with a bunch of friends or by myself - it's that good and that comfortable. All in all, an excellent experience. Oh, and there is a limited gourmet market component, which is a great place to find and try something new.

Stopped in for a quick bite this past Monday, but the special, which was a little more than I thought I wanted to eat, sounded so good I couldn't resist. Added a side salad to my sandwich and WOW! The salad dressing on that salad just made the whole meal. Really really good! This is my kind of place for lunch :-)

Wonderful "dinners to go" make busy nights easier and are always delicious and big portions! Fresh breads on Saturdays is a special treat for Orange!! Lunch options are always interesting and tasty! We are lucky to have this gem in Orange!

We used Provisions to cater our work event. We ordered a buffet meal for 30 people and the whole experience was smooth and wonderful. Randy was so easy to work with on planning and the food was absolutely delicious and great quality. I hope we have the occasion to use them again!
Chef Randy catered our group dinner on short notice and was extremely accommodating, including gearing the menu to our requests and delivering to our Air BnB. And the food, of course, was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

This is my go-to lunch spot before work. Randy is amazing, and the woman who takes care of people at the counter is incredibly sweet. I love their fresh, sour dough loaves for my sandwiches at home. Fresh local eggs and Teapigs tea! Best darjeeing earl Grey tea you'll ever try! If you don't know what to order, the Asian pork sandwich is to DIE for!!! It's so good I can't get away from it, I would keep the dressing that comes on it in my fridge it at home as a staple if i could!

We came in for lunch on a Saturday and had the most excellent burgers. Pork with Brie, bacon and topped with magnificent fresh greens. My partner got the lamb burger with Bleu cheese, another winner. The boiled potatoes for our side dishes was a treat. Desserts were superb too. Staff was outstanding and Chef Randy truly made our experience memorable.

Had a great experience today today at Provisions Market Table. We went in early wanting breakfast (didn't realize it was almost lunchtime) and the owner had the chef whip something up for us that was simple and delicious. You've got to love this type of customer care. Oh, the chocolate chip cookies are insanely good. They are the perfect crunch on outside, soft on the inside and not sickly sweet like so many chocolate chip cookies. We will be back.
