I've been a long-standing 12 year customer of the Palmyra location and although through the years of changing of managers and small mishaps with orders I've never received the disrespect from employees that I received today. Asst. Manager Hayley was however seeming to want to resolve the situation which I was very grateful for at the time, until I realized upon leaving I had left my phone (recording the entire encounter) on the counter. Upon returning to retrieve my phone, everyone was more than pleasant. Once returning to my vehicle and reviewing the video I was somehow UNSurprised to find the crew, once I departed, had began speaking negatively concerning myself and the encounter stating, "she can do whatever - there's nothing she can do about it anyway". This is due to my requesting the general manager's information of which all Hayley could give was their name (Jerry), no contact information at all. I am in the process of attempting to reach out to higher management of this location to share the recording of the encounter, however if anyone knows right off how I can be in contact with this, "Jerry", I would greatly appreciate any leads.

I stopped by this morning to get a dozen donuts. I saw frosted red velvet donuts in the donut rack. I wanted some I was told I could not have any in my dozen donuts that they must be purchased individually because they were special. This review stands as a customers disapproval of such an idiot management policy.

Service and atmosphere are good, but they leave the donuts in open air. Unless you go very early, they are dried out. Not the best donuts, but coffee is consistently good.

Didn’t catch her name, but the shorter, long brown haired girl with glasses who was working the register today was very nice and patient. They were clearly short staffed and very busy. She was balancing inside register, getting food, making drinks, etc all while still being so sweet and friendly. She was recommending food/drink to people, talking about how good certain items were. Very good customer service.Another customer or two got rude and impatient with her but she maintained herself and was doing the best she could given the circumstances and busyness. I would absolutely come back again while she is working.

Beware: if you cannot have caffeine, do not attempt to order decaf at this location because they will give you caffeine 4 out of 5 times. I've also been served sour milk. They could definitely use a visit from the health department.Dietary restrictions: They show no respect to customers with dietary restrictions.

I appreciate having a Dunkin at Lake Monticello, however if they cannot keep up with demand due to poor staffing its not worth keeping open at currently posted hours. The other day a worker told me that a machine was out of service when she didnt even check. Fortunately her manager is always great and advised her she atleast needed to try and I was able to get my drink that I placed in order ahead because the machine wasnt broken. Whenever I order ahead I usually have to wait 5 minutes for them to make my order 15 to 20 minutes after I've ordered. This morning, I ordered ahead at 6:37. I got to Dunkin at 6:50 and the door was locked and only one poor employee working. I then had to get in line behind 6 other cars. I understand that there is only ONE person working, but I couldn't even cancel my order. So then I had to get in line. Two more employees showed up at 6:57 and 7:00. I finally got my food at 7:10, so having to wait 20 more minutes despite ordering well ahead already.My recommendation would be to turn off order ahead until the front door can be adequately serviced or stop offering entirely. This was not my first encounter with poor wait times or poorly managed order ahead. It happens about 2/3 of the time. Typically when I've ordered ahead similar time frames well in advance, I usually have to wait for either my drink to be made or putting donuts in a bag. It is never ALL ready for pick up.
If I could give zero stars I would!This location is a damn joke and just needs to shut down everytime I go they mess up my order or the food is cold!And they are always in a bad mood and have the nerve to get shitty with me when I tell them my order is wrong!not to mention the wait times are redicilous!

Very disappointed with my coffee. Got a caramel late and it tastes like lake water. Service was nice. Told me I should get the strawberry milkshake donut and it taste likes diabetes. I recommend you don't choose this location when you wake up and want dunkin because you will be disappointed and you're day will be ruined.

This location is always very slow and has changed mangers/ownership many, many times. There is a lack of employees at all times. And this has been going on for years. The employees that are there are often standing outside smoking or chatting with friends. The level of cleanliness is concerning. It's just very disappointing because we don't have many fast options out here and even fewer coffee offerings.
