Never fails. Every time I order from here it's never on time 30 min to an hr late. Always an excuse, had to fire a driver , Doordash is late, I'm the only ly one here.. etc. Pizza is NEVER hot always Luke warm or cold. Poor management and scrappy attitudes.

While eating a glass of water turned over.It was like a TSUNAMI.The waitress got towels and got everything under control.She refurbished all that was soaked and the meal went great..Grandkids got a good laugh because an adult caused it..What a Great Place to eat.

I don't normally do this but my experience was so bad I must. If I could give zero stars I would. Early Sunday afternoon I tried to order from them online for delivery up the street from my house (all delivery places will deliver to the top of my street but won't come down my road, weird). Was given about a 30 minute wait time, cool, reasonable. My boyfriend and his 5 year old daughter leave for the spot to pick up at the first time I was given. Literally an HOUR goes by and my boyfriend is like "where is the pizza?". I call the store and the manager had a could care less attitude to tell me they were using door dash and there was nothing he could do. It's officially an HOUR AND A HALF later and he tells me the delivery driver isn't even at the store yet and it'll be another 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boyfriend and young daughter stuck waiting this long. We FINALLY got our food and it was cold, rubbery, and just not good at all. Mind you I spent around 60 bucks that day just to have one of the worst experience with a pizza chain in my life. Very slim chance I will ever order from them again.

I ordered my pizza on the phone and was told it would be 15 or 20 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes later and was told it would be another 15 or 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and went back to the window and my pizza was just put in the oven. I parked my vehicle and went into the restaurant to get my pizza. I wanted to talk to the manager about half off for my wait. He had a very bad attitude and even dropped the f-bomb. I will never use this branch again.

Ordered a pizza that said it would be ready in 15-30 mins. 35 mins later when I walked in, the manager was screaming at customers AND staff and storming around behind the counter like a toddler. When a woman asked if her order had been received, he huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes. This is a grown man, not a teenager. Ended up canceling my order as it hadn't even been started yet and the poor cashier, who was very sweet, couldn't convince the overgrown baby making pizzas to give her a time estimate. Hey, Manager: I've worked far more stressful jobs than the one you're in. Get over yourself and apologize to your staff and customers. You should be absolutely ashamed.

We've had good experiences ordering pizza for delivery and pick up at this Papa John’s location. The staff have been friendly. The pizza had always been good, hot and fresh. I would recommend this location for a reliable pizza option in the Lake Monticello area.

I don't get pizza as often as i like too, that so we all busy and asking my wife to run a little more when she was running all over the place ready wasn't right, so i coordinated with her and ordered online, desktop, i like not being tethered with a cell lol. I did a custom order and it had been at least 4 months if not more since i got papa johns, i was about ten minutes behind when i said i would pick it up, and peopler were parted out front and going inside, i figured a had a wait. pulled up to the drive through, and before my window was down there was a smiling face with boxes of good food, he said let me guess your frank.. well yeah, they are awesome, the smile and friendly greeting made my day, I smiled the whole drive home, well the pizza was smell in the car helped with that too. will continue to buy from papajohns in palmyra, never had a problem with the food.
