This Pearisburg location is the worst restaurant in the area. I’ve had multiple outrageous problems here in regard to service. I no longer even attempt to eat from this place. The Rich Creek location is very good though.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had never eaten from here before now. And I'm certain I will never eat anything from here again. When we first arrived we sat at the drive thru window for over 10 min before I got upset enough to go in. When I went in it was 6 employees and only one table of customers. So there was absolutely no reason to let us sit in the drive thru so long waiting for service. .. but even though i went in, i still stood at the counter waiting for service for over 10 min while the staff litterally did nothing but ignore that they had a customer. Before i had arrived I pre-ordered a simple medium Pepperoni Pizza over the phone so we wouldn't have to wait for food. and they gave me a cheese pizza instead. When I let them know my order was wrong. The manager trainee argued with me about it, trying to make me accept the cheese pizza they gave me instead of making what I ordered and payed for. When we did finally receive our order another 20 min later. It wasn't even warm. The dough was like chewing cardboard and there was no sauce on the pizza. I mean they didn't even cut the pizza properly. We got slices that were anywhere between half an inch wide to 6 inches wide. This is the absolute worst place to order food. This place needs new staff that isn't strung out on drugs or just shut it down before the food makes someone sick.

The customer service here is awful. They mess up at least one thing on every order. Tonight I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that came with no buffalo sauce. When I called to let them know the lady who I spoke to said the buffalo chicken pizza doesn’t come with buffalo sauce…… like really. Learn your menu. Was not offered any compensation other than remaking the pizza. Horrible customer service.

Barfy Bar is garbage. They advertise the lunch buffet bar as though it's a bargain. It is not. It is 11.99. (they have a side note saying it includes a drink which is a 2.99 freebie. The pizza on the bar is gross. It is nothing like a regular pizza at this establishment. Every pizza they bring out is paper thin, by paper thin I mean half the thickness of a 'thin crust' pizza. It's comically, ridiculously thin. Usually a one topping pizza, with an occasional 2 topping, cheese is barely there. It is beyond stupid. You'd be much better off buying a 3 topping medium pizza, and eating it at home, at least it will have a crust. On the barfy bar....not so much. Never again.

It’s funny and sad, that because their employees call out.. that before I place an online order the delivery driver told me I NEED to call and make sure they’re staffed. I’ve never had a job that wanted me to rely on customers to make sure were staffed before doing anything. I’d you can’t handle fast pace then do work it.

I ordered their pan crust veggie pizza and it was very good it. I like pancrust better than thin crust it had plenty of toppings as well. Pizza was on time when I was arrived at the restaurant, I did not go in the restaurant I went to the drive-thru window instead. This is one of the few restaurants of this type that sells pizza and subs that has a drive-thru window.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are at parking lot level and be very easy to get in with a wheelchair
