“A cute little diner tucked to the side of Tangent Outfitters, which is a convenient store/outfitter/gas station. It's a very popular breakfast place w locals and an idea location for nourishment following a hike at nearby Cascade Falls (2 mi up the road). Big menu to choose from. Specials each day like the roast beef open face sandwich w gravy. We ordered a Greek Feta wrap and a tuna melt. Mine was homemade tuna salad w cheddar cheese heated on a croissant. Sooo good!! The Greek Feta wrap was on a spinach wrap w cucumbers, olives, spinach, roasted red peppers, feta, and ranch dressing. Both orders came with a bag of chips & a pickle spear. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere.”

“The husband and I decided to try this place out for Valentine's Day. We got there a little after 8 and they close at 9. I felt bad because you could tell they had been slammed, but that's how his work hours went so.... anyway... the food was really good. The sever was super nice. I'd eat here again.”

“Amazing dinner! Matt our server was great! Loved everything! Recommend the Grilled oysters and fried green tomato small plates. Shrimp and grits, trout, Rosemary Chicken and venison tenderloin were delicious. Our table overlooked the cabin and filming locations from Dirty Dancing. Loved the historic and charming feel of the buildings. Must try the Chocolate brownie and crème brûlée to finish out the night!”

“This subway location has come a long way. We used to get our subs here years ago but the quality had gone way down so we stopped placing orders. Now that this location is under new management and has cleaned up the store, we're back! Still not quite 5 stars but definitely a healthy 4. No more brown guacamole! No more wilted and limp spinach! :) keep up the good work Subway! :)”

“We discovered this gem today on a ride to Pearisburg! The chicken pot pie was to die for and the sweet tea with lemon was REAL brewed tea! Of course no meal is complete without dessert, apple pie, yum”

“We had a appointment nearby and wanted a quick bite before heading home. I am a “pizza snob” and prefer thick crust pizza, but this thinner crust was delicious. My wife had a Margarita pizza and loved it. I had the interesting steak and chimichuri pizza and it was delicious. Our server was very obliging and friendly. We would return here!”

“This is a really nice little Snow Cone Shack they make really nice Hawaiian shaved ice snow cones. Great flavors awesome price places to sit, close to the road parking. You can get in and out easily and quick service. they are only open seasonally though”

“Enjoyed the chicken with the sweet sauce. Didn't like the fact they didn't have real Chinese tea! Big disappointed. No pineapple or cherry in the sweet sauce ?. No pork fried rice. My favorite. Not a lot of choices the donuts were hard and the egg rolls were ok. Not the best . Could have had better choices and more of real Chinese food like sliced pork or teriyaki on a stick with a hot flame ? to cook it at your table.”

I hope she doesn't get hurt. maybe my waitress should just babysit instead of doing restaurant work for everyone safety.”

“Our local hardees was so packed the other morning we went to get food. No one was ugly or rude and the staff was concerned and trying their best to get everybody taken care of.
