Had dinner there with my wife and daughter yesterday on Sunday around 7 o clock, and when I first arrived no one was at the counter, every worker looked at us and passed by, finally a young woman had came to the counter after realizing we were about to leave an apologized for our wait. We've been there a few times during our stay as it is one of a few choices. The staff has always been pleasant, and the order has been correct every time. The food is standard taco bell food and is prepared well.

Typically, this Tacobell gets it right. Sometimes, when you ask for extra beef or chicken, it will not seem like you get the extra you paid for. We eat here at least three or four times a month. There's not many places in Pennington Gap to eat.
