Some of the rudest fast food workers I've ever encountered, and that's saying something in this area. Cashier had the nastiest attitude the entire time we were ordering and SLAMMED the food down on the counter when it was done.

Worst BK I’ve ever seen. First when I went into the boys bathroom not only was there orange pee into the urinal but also poop and pee into toilet mixed with some red stuff which made my stomach turn. Some of the ceiling tiles were replaced with cardboard the tables were dirtyThe seats and the floor had food on them. It was so filthy we had to eat in the car. Never go here!

The filthiest BK I have ever been in. I walked in to pick up my mobile order around 6:40pm and the employee yelled at me, "we're closing". I told him I had a mobile order and he just rolled his eyes at me. Finally someone else got me the order, but in all honesty my husband and I threw everything away because the restaurant was so filthy we didn't dare eat any of it. My shoes stuck to the bathroom floor. And to top it all off both my sandwiches were completely wrong and it didn't even look like fish I didn't know what it was.ZERO STARS And I will probably call the health department.

The staff at this location was horrible. The cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Took 10 minutes to get our order taken, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Took another 10 minutes to get our food. The cashier was horrible. Didn't greet anyone or even speak to anyone except for the snide remarks she made to the other crew. We were traveling back to MD that night. If it wasn't for my grandkids wanting BK I wouldve went somewhere else. Horrible Horrible location

Most recently, service has gotten better as the man who works the drive-thru a lot is friendly. I always make it a point to check my bag once it's handed off to me before leaving though because they miss some items pretty frequently. The inside is pretty grimy but clearly, they do make an effort to clean the tables. The food is sometimes really fresh and great, but other times it's bordering on undercooked and gives you a stomachache later (pretty standard for fast food places). I recommend using the app to get really good deals, you'll end up saving a lot of money. Also, make sure to put your receipt codes into the app because you'll get free food fast, I've saved at least $50 in my last handful of trips here by doing this.
Would not eat there. The girl came in to go to the bathroom and go to the bathroom and turn the water on a few minutes. Rinse her hands with the water and walked out and went back to work to start cooking and me. You know she should have washed her hands longer than that so I wouldn't eat it. Burger King cuz they don't wash their hands properly. All right. A zero for being so not nasty. Not washing hands before you cook somebody's food after you go to bathroom and pee and wipe yourself and you don't even wash your hands are proper way. You think somebody want the liquor eat on their food after they know you just walked out the bathroom and didn't wash your hands with soap and that's a shame and that's seeing Petersburg.
