“One of my favorite spots to stop at when I'm in town . The chicken is really good but the service sometimes depending if time if day you will wait in line long to order and the inside rarely is open and last some of the drive thru people are real rude.“
“Ordered the new nuggets. WOW! And a classic chicken sandwich. All so good. Wasn't offered a drink selection or asked about sauce choice. Paid for drinks. Got none. Couldn't drink the Pepsi. But the chicken was yummy. I had sauce at home.“
“My first comment is that their website is not user-friendly. Usually, I am not a fan of KFC due to their greasy chicken and price for takeout. However, I do enjoy their pot pie ?. I had a KFC Chicken Pot Pie, and it was amazing! The crust was pastry flaky, and it was chock full of chicken. Remember how good the Chicken Pot Pies at Boston Market used to be before they scaled back and took the cinnamon apples off the regular menu? Yeah, KFC's offering is THAT good! Again, very pricey.“
“I love me some good chicken and of course KFC is a classic. This location specifically has some absolutely hilarious folks on the speaker for the drive thru the last 2 times I was there. I thought that was fantastic! I also have really appreciated how much fun the staff looks like they are having together when I pull up to the window to play. I’m always a fan a fun work places… makes me smile too!“
“I’m not one who avidly leaves reviews, but I’ve been compelled to share after so many good experiences here. This is by far my favorite Zaxby’s location from Virginia Beach to outer RVA. The food is always good and the staff is amazing. Also, I don’t know who they have cleaning this store but it’s way too clean to be a fast food restaurant lol. Every time I’ve been it seems like the store grand opening, so cudos to whoever is responsible for that.“
“KFC chicken is very good but sometimes it's pink in the center and the bread is either overcooked or undercooked. Prices have gotten very high for some items. Overall, they have good food but just need to allow the food to cook through.“
“Had the ghost pepper wings and they were good. Normally this location is super busy but I got there at a good time and went right through the drive thru. Only issue was they didnt give me a straw or napkins but I keep some in the car so all was well. Def a good location and good food!Parking: Be careful not to get blocked in your spot by the drive thru line!“
“Updated: Even better a year later. Last year I dinged them a star for not keeping up with their lines. They got better at that and you can zip through even a long line.The food is still amazing.Keep it up.////The employees were really nice and the food (chicken, biscuits, red beans and rice, and coleslaw) was all really good.They are pretty slow when I went and it took a few tries because of long lines so I’ve got to knock a star off. I’ll gladly give them more chances because the food was good when I could get it.“
“This place is soooooo good. They have excellent customer service and food. They were accommodating to my fish allergy as well. This is a take out spot, that does not allow dine in. You walk in, place you order, and then receive it within about 5 minutes. I got the chicken sandwich that was so flavorful and delicious (not the greatest picture below).“
