This place is amazing! I got a fried chicken biscuit with parmesano cheese and my sister got biscuits and gravy with 2 sunny side eggs. Their fried chicken is amazing and seasoned deliciously! If you haven’t tried their Mardi Gras Mocha, it is delicious! Overall food was great and staff is very lovely! Best cafe in Petersburg!

Fluffy cheese crawfish omelet, home fries,a grilled biscuit and beignets. Some strong coffee to wash it all down. Staff and who I assume was the owner very eager to please you. I didn't order it, but I witnessed it being served... make room for something called confession cake. The serving size is huge, and it is popular...call ahead and reserve one for your table or take out.

We stopped in on a whim because we were walking the street and noticed two people walk out with amazing looking lattes. Everything we ordered was so good. Fantastic caramel latté! We got food and drinks. We loved it so much we went the next day and dined in. Food and drinks were so very good. The service is also fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in!

I ordered the veggie omelet and got potatoes alongside buttered toast. The food came out fast, and it definitely satisfied my hunger. The reviews don’t lie. My friend said he wanted to another plate when he saw me eating.

Been here twice. Got the Mardi Gras Mocha both times. Very good. For you “purists” it’s fairly sweet. Got the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich today. Very hearty portion. Wife got the beignets and said they were good. If you like checking out coffee shops, you absolutely should come here. They also have baked goods and a lunch menu which we haven’t tried. Give Java Joint a try. It’s right good.

Walking around exploring downtown Petersburg with my tiny tots and stumbled on this spot. 10/10 would recommend! The staff was amazing. They took the time to explain to us the menu items we were unfamiliar with. They were quick and stayed and talked with my children the short time we waited. They definitely have a few new regulars!

Outstanding goat cheese omelet. Smooth, flavorful coffee. Solid warm Italian sandwich. Beignets warm and made to order. A very quick, easy exit off 95.

This place has really great food and coffee. The servers were extremely friendly and brought our food out super quick. We ordered the two egg + French toast and my little one loved it. I also ordered a small Mardi Gras mocha and I instantly regretted not getting a large.

So I ordered a large latte, beignets and the Cajun Benedict. All was pretty good. I wasn't crazy about the fish fritter as it tasted like it had a lot of fillers. The seafood sauce was delicious on top. The beignets were delicious and taste a lot like funnel cake. It was a cute place for sure.

Visited on a Girl's Day Trip. Had the crawfish omelette-OMG! Delish! Also tried their Benginets - Delish as well. I got a slice of their Confession cake to go- it is a little pricey but the portion size and taste was worth it. Overall service was great, fast and the owner stopped by the table and offered some samples of fried apples and smoked tomato and bacon sauce. Which by the way was delicious on my omelette. Overall definitely will return and recommend.
