My first comment is that their website is not user-friendly. Usually, I am not a fan of KFC due to their greasy chicken and price for takeout. However, I do enjoy their pot pie ?. I had a KFC Chicken Pot Pie, and it was amazing! The crust was pastry flaky, and it was chock full of chicken. Remember how good the Chicken Pot Pies at Boston Market used to be before they scaled back and took the cinnamon apples off the regular menu? Yeah, KFC's offering is THAT good! Again, very pricey.

It good for Fast food, and they got my very large order right, and completed quickly.
They are more interested in the drive thru than the customer who actually gets out of the car and comes inside. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged I was there, but they had no.problrm taking care of the drive thru. Poor customer

Didn't receive my food. Placed an order through the app. When app said it was completed I tried to enter the building, door was locked at 8:35 pm. Went through the drive through and was told they had no chicken for my order, only sides. Was then told to cancel my order in the app, no such option is available, my order already showed completed. So now my card has been charged for food I never received.EDIT: Went back the next evening and the employees and manager were very polite and fulfilled my order, waste of time but they made it right.

General manager and assisted manager Pleasant to speak with I made a purchase of two bowls, two famous bowls, and they were awesome and deliciously made kudos to this establishment how they welcome us was also pleasant and welcome us to come back again you are returning again today and will be sampling other things on the menu
Tonight my Boyfriend and I were trying to find something to eat after we got off but everywhere we went was closed before the listed time or rudely told us they were closed, until we pulled into the drive thru at this KFC where we were expecting the same responses but we got quite the opposite. Anthony met us with such kindness and politeness even though they closed in 5-10 minutes. The food was also hot and tasted fresh with them even closing in just a few minutes. If I had the cash to tip Anthony I would have but I felt like a good review is the next best thing, so Thank you Anthony for having great customer service!

Order a meal through Uber eats 2hrs before closing Meal was scheduled to be delivered by 8:34 then 8:55 then 9:12 and they tell my Uber eats courier they ran out of chicken and aren’t cooking any more before closing. So you wait an 1hr 15 minutes into my order to cancel GTFOH they waisted my time and his as well .There was a reason I stopped ordering from them. I try again and they fail like they always do
