We literally stopped in just for a couple of cheeseburgers and a hamburger. We didn't even get a drink. The food was fine and as always the bathrooms were clean it was a good experience. It's what we come to expect. We will go back again.

You go through drive through and don't get your order. Then call speak to manager and when you go back to get what they didn't give you first time they still get it wrong. Every time price is different when you pay for same thing each time. Really they need to get people in there that value there job. I ask for main number and they don't give it to you.

Drive through staff is always nice however the wait times are extensive.
Just flat out rudeness for no reason.... is it because I'm white? I mean come on I'm always kind and quite I give respect when it's earned but this place pressed my last button for the day & I'm not going to call no one out by name, but get it together... my whole order was wrong & of course I don't realize till I'm home. Even though I don't live far I know it's pointless bc I'm just gonna get attitude for a mistake that yall made... just like the lady that tried to charge me for a sweet n sour & I'm like ok, I go get the change from my car but now she just hands it to me.... what you wanted to watch me walk away, you wanted my food to get even colder than it already is, or just to waste my time & feel like you have the power? Let's be real! Oh and another heads up, if you don't place the order on the kiosk yourself then go ahead and get a book or something because your going to be waiting for a cashier for a hot min ( and yes they gonna walk past you, ignore you as much as possible, even look back at you multiple times to make sure your still waiting to order while 2 people load up the same bag for drive-thru twiddling there thumbs.) If you don't want to work then don't come to work because nothing in this world is for free! Smh. I know it's McDonald's but WOW!Parking: Parking lot sucks... hard to get out of if you park up front & the whole side is for door dash pretty much.

We do not like the fact that employees here at this particular McDonald's do not salt the French Fries. We ask why they don't, because most people like some salt on their fries, and all of the other McDonald's restaurants do salt their delicious fries. We were told that it was because it makes their job easier, because it is not as hard to clean up the fry pans, or whatever they are called, if they don't use salt. Wow!!!!!! No regard for what the customers like at all. What is this world coming to?My husband also asked for no onions on his burger because he is allergic to them, and stated that when he ordered. Well, the burger came with onions on it, even though the order ticket said no onions. All of our burgers were cold also, not even warm at all and it was only like 8:00pm. People who work here clearly do whatever they want to. The employees were very friendly and nice though. When we came here a couple of days earlier at lunchtime, there was a young guy who was eating a burger while he was taking orders at the counter. Never have seen that before either. Can not believe that a manager would let that happen. He would take a bite and ring something in on the register. CrAzY!!!! This is one weird McDonald's!

Thought this was going to be a quick visit but I stood in front of the cashier for almost 15 minutes while he ran around telling people he's not really working because he's on his break. He kept telling me he's going to be right with me. In the meantime the lady who got her food right as I was walking in started the complaint that they got the order completely wrong. I was trying to use my McDonald's app but since I was waiting so long I tried to back out and just order online. When he finally was ready to take my order, the app wouldn't let me use my deal. I as there to look at it and ask them if there was anything he could do. He said the only thing that I can do is we another 12 minutes for the app to recycle. I left hungry and very disappointed. People that came in behind me but after waiting for a period of time got very frustrated and just left like I did.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! nobody takes their job serious to much playing around. Always get food that is not fresh and when you ask for it freshly made they get an attitude and act very disrespectful. They will bad mouth you. They need new workers and management. and they need to learn when we say something about we went it PLAIN WITH NO CHEESE
