My whole order didn't show up. And I didn't get the rest of it until 30 minutes later, and my food was already cold at that point. Super disappointed. Really bad service here.
I'm not sure how the food was they charged my credit card 3 times and still told me it did not go thru. The restaurant itself had old broken items lining the dining area. The dining area, which I assume is not used anymore, was dim and dirty. The staff was pretty clueless and had to keep calling the manager over to help them.Needless to say, they did not give me the food, and I am glad with the way the restaurant was both ran and how it looked that I did not get my food.

I saw one guy come out with a box of pizza with gloves onHe went back in and didn't change his gloves. But other than that, the food they sell is good and hot when you go get it yourself

Ordered a medium pizza half and half pepperoni and sausage and extra cheese.... All the meat and lil bit of pepperoni was on one side and the extra cheese was on the other half...

I will never go back here poor customer service horrible attitudes all due to their own mistakes pizza was extremely dry barely had been cut also made me wonder if the pizzas come with cheese anymore also crust was beyond hard and couldn’t be eaten never againthree pizzas and not one was satisfying I called back over three times was hung on up each time without them even saying hello when I did get someone on the line I waited over ten minutes on hold, then I was told to bring the pizzas back for a remake mind you I’m all the way in Prince George if I come back I want a full refund was told I wouldn’t get refunded but would receive remake in all pizzas who would want that if they were that horrible from start I wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone and I definitely won’t be going back I’m not gonna even talk about how bad the service was inside and it’s not to clean either cashier was taking cash and boxing pizzas how unsanitary is that I’m definitely reaching out to health inspector first thing tomorrow morning make sure you choose any Pizza Hut but this one

Drive thru smells like refer and always a 30 min wait for a 12 min pizza .well they say 12 mins .hot and ready aint on crater rd !

They had very fast service, but even with the buy one pizza get one free, my total was $18. Adequate amount of toppings and tasty, and I didn't have to cook so 4 stars!
