The manager is so nice had a nice convo with her on my visit I do the pizza hut book club so you get free personal pan pizza with your reading goals the service was fast and the pizzas were good I will be returning to this
First experience ever being lied on by a so-called manager, saying, I refuse to return some wings to a damn store. When I never even went to the store to begin with the whole point of the order was because it was a contactless delivery after trying to call up there and hearing that I basically have been accused of not wanting to return wings that I didn’t even eat, that’s when I was told I won’t getting no refund so I contacted corporate I Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location. It seems like unprofessional people run the whole place. Worst experience ever for me and I’m not letting up about the whole thing!!!

Ordered on line thru the app. Got there 2 minutes before the app said my order was ready. Guy behind the cash register checked me in and said it would be out soon. Over 15 minutes later i was still waiting. Finally i asked one of ladies working on the orders for an update. She immediately brought my order to me and i said to her "so i said i have been waiting for nothing?" She said yes and apologized. On my way out i sacastically thanked the guy behind the register for letting me wait for nothing. That i really appreciated it. To think i had actually tipped 20% on carryout. Not anymore for pizza hut. I will go to the local, non-chain pizza joints.

The food was cold, and the server forgot me then didn't complete my order. I had to get a refund because I had already waited over 20 minutes while they let my pizza sit waiting on everyone else who came in. I will not be going back.

Horrible customer service. Manager was even a b@!#h . First 2 times took forever, time #3 took forever, so we called and she said they couldn't find my order in the system and to check the location I ordered from. It was the correct one, then they lied and tried to blame grub hub saying they haven't shown up yet. I DO NOT recommend ordering from here.

My boyfriend & I ordered a pizza & some other stuff around 10:30 knowing that they’d be closed at 12, well we get there & it’s not even 12 yet, after having to knock on the door bc it’s locked, the lady comes from the back acting like she doesn’t know what we’re talking about, goes to the back, comes back, & tells us they’ve thrown our food out…are you kidding me? Why are they throwing food out before they’ve even closed? People are so lazy man. Won’t be relying on anyone here or their food to be satisfied ever again. Now it’s too late to get dinner anywhere else. Thanks @ the ppl that don’t give two effs @ Pizza Hut. They couldn’t care less. Smh
