Had dinner with my parents tonight at Soshel Bistro and it was awesome. The food was fast and tasty and extremely reasonably priced. Frozen margaritas were $5 and the DJ was killing it with reggae and some throwback tunes. The waitress and the owner were very kind and the service was second to none. Great way to kick off my birthday weekend. Highly recommend!

Food was great. The environment was outstanding and customer service was awesome. I got a strawberry lemon drop with tequila. It was delicious and strong. I also got the sautéed shrimp amazing 5 stars!!!! Thanks Kountry!!!

3 stars only because of the food. The atmosphere is very nice. A great place to just sit at the bar and listen to good music or get up and dance. Bartenders were really attentive and nice. The drinks are fairly priced and good, but the curry chicken was a bit sad. The curry chicken wasn't authentic tasting, it was extremely bland and dry. I'm not use to it being served as cut up chicken breast opposed to pieces of chicken. The rice also lacked flavor which was very disappointing because the aroma in the kitchens smells amazing but the food had no flavor. Will definitely return for the drinks and try the wings next time.

So me and friends went on a Saturday recently , the inside looked great, the staff was nice, we got to change our seats with no problem because It wasn’t to many people so the staff was very cool about it. My only complaints was that the DJ only played 90’s R&B even after asking the host for a little song change which they did for a brief moment and then took us back in time again so the music was definitely a 1/10. After that I order a strawberry Hennessy that tasted like pure strawberry champagne and it didn’t even make me feel buzzed so it was pointless to order another drink, and I ordered some food that took forever to come out and when I finally got to try it, it was salty but the Mac was good so 4/10 for the food but I herd their brunch is good. In conclusion, I love the place itself which included a outside balcony that you could smoke on, so my experience wasn’t all bad, if it was better and faster food service, strong but great tasting drinks, and a better DJ I would have loved it.

First time visiting & have been wanting to come for a while. I encoaged my best friend to reserve a table here to celebrate her 40th bday at Sunday brunch. Chilllllleee,service was horrible. Don’t get me wrong, it’s CCA packed, the DJ is lit, and it’s def a vibe. I got here at 2:45, it’s 5:05 pm and my food NEVER came. I don’t eat meat so all I ordered was greens, Mac & cheese, and hash browns. About an hour in, they told me they were out of greens & Mac. I compromised and asked for mozzarella sticks and hash browns, an hour later, neither came. I told them they can keep the food. I also ordered a strawberry mimosa & a hookah that came out an hour after I ordered it. When the hookah came, the coals were already dead. ?. Back to Richmond I go… hungry. I might give them another try on a day that isn’t as busy but SERVICE was horrible today and we paid $10 to get in. My bill was $44.30 for a dead hookah & 1 mimosa.

The atmosphere is dope! Very adult vibes .. great music and the drinks are amazing! They are a little pricey but the food is worth it. The only thing is they don’t keep enough staff. So just expect to be waiting for your food for a very long time . I’ve even had a bartender tell me that they couldn’t even take no more orders for one night because the place was understaffed but they still were letting people in. Mind you it was only 8 pm.
