Ingredients are always fresh, and the food is made to order right in front of you by the friendliest of people. What more can you ask for? I can't speak much to the atmosphere only because I always do takeout. Although, it is always clean with plenty of seating. I suppose ? if you people watch, this store is located at the front of the Gloucester, VA Walmart, with a great view of the infamous and varied Walmart patronage ?. I guess that I would be one of them...

Purchased a sandwich, chips, and a drink, then found out there was no tea. I asked for a refund, one cashier, told the other one they didn’t do refunds, and then proceeded to ignore me until I went away, afterwards I noticed there was a hair in the cup anyway. Guess where I’ll never spend another dime.

I ordered from location on 9/25/23 at 6:00pm 4 subs. Was 3 footlongs and one 6 inch were honestly the best subway subs I have ever had delivered. The bread wasnt squashed at all , dressings were appropriate. Whoever made this sub for subway should be praised for their attention to detail and quality of the product delivered. ? ?

The location is very dated. Service was not the best. They need to change gloves more often and definitely need to clean the food service areas.
I've been here 4-5 times and I've had a piss-poor experience every time. This time it was walking in at 9:32 PM and was bitterly told that they were closed. I said that it says online that they close at 10 PM. Lady replied that leave at 10 and stop taking orders at 9:30..... That's not how business hours work. Never going back. Also, the interstate sign that says 24 hour Subway should probably be taken down.

Terrible experience. Incredibly rude staff and they completely messed up my order as well. I ordered online and somehow ended up with ranch instead of mayonnaise and half of the toppings I ordered missing. Who knew making a Turkey sub could be so difficult?

Placing an order online 45 minutes in advance is pointless. They just print the receipt and sit it on the register. 2nd time!

Left without ordering after the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Don't know if the employees didn't find my business a concern because 1. I was a black woman or 2. They were more interested in their conversation with each other to even greet me and ask if I wanted to order. I stood there 3 minutes in silence only to watch the first gentleman slide a pair of gloves on in super slow speed. Will be returning but won't order if I see those 2 behind the counter. Subway should ensure their employees understand what makes good customer service
