1 star is too good to describe the quality of service at this place. I am not one to go out of my way to make a poor review but I have been frequenting this location for the past year being a new resident of poqouson and I have yet to testify a single half-pleasurable experience here. Even when you go at 8pm with nobody in line they will send to you the designated waiting area for 20 minutes for a damn chicken sandwich. Crazy how McDonald's employees want to demand 20+ an hour yet show no initiative to earn it!

Ok...it's McDonald's. This is my go to place when iI need to burger fix fast. I order my food with the App and I really like using that. I get free food after a while and the two for one specials on the app are awesome. Get and use the App and you will not be disappointed.

Don't expect much for costumer service at any fast food industry now a days. Never wrote a review until now. Walked inside and placed an order on the kiosk and a young women working just slammed the bag of food down, no announcement that is was ready, don't bother customizing a burger they'll may it how they feel. Not to mention the same girl with the attitude that threw the bag of food down, was on fry station. Fries pictured down below. The only nice and respectful working employee at this location is Jeff. I've witnessed this establishment go from good to bad to worse back and forth. It's back to being rude and worse.

We used the drive through. This was my first time here as I am new to Poquoson. The speaker was broken so we pulled around to the window. There was a sign directing us to do so.The woman who took my order was really nice and patient with me while I ordered with kids. The man at the second window was super friendly. We ordered a cup of water and he was nice enough to ask if it was water we wanted or just ice. He said a lot of people ask for just ice.The food was ready quickly and we got everything we ordered. The 4 stars for food is because the hash browns weren’t hot which was a bummer but it’s not that big of a deal. Everything else was great.
This location has improved so much. The service was super friendly and fast. All of the food was freshly made and correct.

Second time this week that I have been told that the restaurant closed 20 minutes before posted closing. I even got a call back from corporate but after my visit tonight I know that "contacting the supervisor" did absolutely no good. Do yourself a favor and just go to Wendy's. Immediate service, full menu. And if you are like me, coming in from Norfolk, or somewhere else, just get your food BEFORE you get to Poquoson. Iykyk

Slowest McDonald's ever, for mediocre food. My change came back in all quarters, $6 worth of quarters... couldn't go in the drive-thru considering there were 900 ppl in it and the parking lot is jacked!
