They closed at minutes to 5pm; all doors were locked. I called the phone number and the female whom I talked to was rude and hung up the phone on me when I asked that they adjust the time. I went to the window to talk to her and she showed me her middle finger. What is really going on at Burger King? No respect whatsoever.

So I came to this location on my way to get the word, and the young lady informed me that they had no coke or soda at all so I asked why was she talking to me so aggressive and she smiled and said it was early so that's understandable. At that moment a little skinny funny shape girl came from the back like she was a Manger and was so disrespectful. It's not the customer fault this store does not have simple things such as soda or any drinks and to get mad at a customer for asking for a refund is narcissistic and lacks moral. She should be fired immediately and sent back to training because she should not be allowed to work where customers are involved because that would run that store bankrupt and is probably the reason the sales is low and customers rather shop anywhere

Went to this location to order food at the drive thru and the girl already had an attitude when she asked what I wanted to order. Clearly she was having some kind of bad day but don’t catch an attitude with me because you feeling some type of way. Learn to treat customers with better respect especially when they have done nothing wrong.

bad service the food is not cooked the lady that takes the order was yelling and there kethchup is all open the whole building is dirty if you eat here you will get sick if inspectors come to this location they will shut them down i dont recomend this

I ordered at the drive-thru and got to the window and forgot to add an extra frying pan. The heavyset brownskin lady at the window said I couldn’t add anything at the drive thru window. I never heard of such a thing and I know she was lying, also had a young lady behind her all on her cell phone not doing anything but I can’t add an extra fry to my order because ???? Horrible service and will not return again.

These people at this location are UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered a burger, barely anything on it. I ordered chicken fries at the window and i was refused. When i asked to speak with management for a reason why, i was told it was because It was raining and they weren’t going to bring the food outside. But isn’t that your job ..
