First time eating there, decided to get a few different things. The chicken sandwich was great very crispy, not greasy at all and very juicy. Spicy crab roll was super tasty. But the star of the show was the bbq chicken bites, so good.

Changing my rating to 1 star. Tried calling in but upon arrival some kid begind the desk just sitting on the landline not saying anything. That explains that.2. Kiosk? Bro how hard is it to take an order. The couple in front of me were waiting and a girl came from a table an directed them to use the kiosk. While the kid behind the desk sat there being useless.With these new changes I'm done with this spot. Pathetic service.

The wing of a chicken is not my first choice but I wanted to give these a try. I was happy with the fry and the flavor, not heavy or greasy. The roll was delicious.

When I arrived today (Tue 1/16/24 @ 2:40 pm), I let the guy know that I had never been there before but was excited to try it out. I was directed to grab a menu or two depending on what kind of food I wanted and since I was going to eat in, to have a seat and somebody would be with me. (You know... exactly the way restaurants usually work.) I did exactly that. Read through the menu and decided what I wanted and patiently waited. And waited. And waited some more. The dude at the counter finally came back out and brought out a to-go order for the people that arrived and ordered after me. They departed and I thought, "okay... finally he will come take my order."Instead, he just looked at me. I looked at him. I asked if someone was going to be with me and he said I had to order up at the counter. Had he been apologetic or acknowledged my long wait or anything I would have rolled with it. I know places are short staffed. Instead, he just made me feel like it was my fault.I really wanted to try the food and still considered placing an order, but I realized that I was so annoyed and beyond hungry that the experience was already ruined no matter how the food might taste. I left... still hungry and incredibly frustrated. It wasn't busy at all. Upon leaving, I noticed there were at least two more people working in the back so there's really no excuse. If you were on top of your guests you would clearly know this newbie hadn't ordered and to check on him.I love to support local businesses and I was really excited to try this unique menu, but there's clearly some things you still have to work on.

We like Chick N Roll, it's quick and the food is of good quality. Their Wings are excellent! Service is quick and everyone is friendly and will answer any of your questions about the menu. We dined in, it's nothing fancy, but it's inviting, clean and well maintained.

I had heard rave reviews of this place for months before finally getting around to trying it out for myself and I was not disappointed! Food was flavorful and the variety was great! Decor was cute too. There were screens to order on so that was convenient. Definitely would come back to try out different flavors.

⁴our first time was delicious. we ordered the tempura shrimp, deluxe CNR sandwich with bacon and the soy and garlic chicken wings. OMG best chicken sandwich ever and all were amazing. Can't wait to come back and try more items.

I've frequented this restaurant several times and unfortunately my recent takeout order the smoked salmon roll was bad. The salmon tasted sour so I called the restaurant to speak with management who wasn't there. I told the guy on the phone there's a problem with the salmon you sold me I suggest you all check into it before selling anymore. He said he'd tell the kitchen and have the owner/manager call me back. I never received a phone call and this was 12/20/23. I'm so disappointed. I've ordered this every time we ordered CNR..maybe a bad night!?! I just wish they'd tried to rectify my order or at least call me back.
