The worst experience ever. I went there last week and got bourbon chicken with rice. When i got home there was a dead roach that had been cooked with the chicken, antennae and all. I will NEVER return to this place. When i pulled up to it, i had gotten a bad feeling. Now i know why.

My wife and I have eaten here three times. I was excited to have a take out place so close to home when we first moved to this area. That feeling quickly left. The first time was decent. Although my wife complained of how spicy her meal was (nothing new). The second time I noticed that their sign had burned out outside and I honestly thought they went out of business. I popped inside the dim lit entry and got a second round of the same. Flash forward 4 months and we decided on take out after a long time without. Called, ordered the same meals. General Tso combo and a beef and broccoli combo. I arrived and again at night. Sign still burnt out, feeling like "this was a bad idea." The place seemed dingy and poorly lit even more than the times before. Thinking, "Who doesn't fix a sign that's been out for over 5 months?" To me, it just makes any place look like they don't care about upkeep or appearance. Third time is a charm. Wife snags a bite of her general tso and immediately runs to grab water. "I can't eat this, it burns my lips, my mouth is on fire." (From spice) I for one believe that every meal needs hot sauce. I love spicy food. I laugh and grab a bite of my beef and broccoli. (A completely different meal) It felt like I had just wiped a ghost pepper inside of my mouth. It wasn't just the sauce it was the rice too. On both hers and mine. It's like both meals were cooked in exactly the same pan. Both beef and chicken. I HATE tossing food but we had too. Both meals in their entirety. Sorry China One. I wanted to love you. Future customer. You have been warned.

I am absolutely disgusted with this place. I went in a ordered 4 wings with French fries combo for lunch. I get home and instead of fries I had fried rice. (They may have understood wrong no big deal) and so I call back and ask if I can come back up there for the fries l. Becusse I do not like rice and would not have ordered it. The lady tells me no I can come pay for them. I said ma'am I ordered fries. I dont even like rice. She told me to come back and bring the food and get a refund. I will not be going back here.

I did originally give 1 star, because of the dissatisfaction of the amount of shrimp. I felt they strategically placed 4 shrimp in my shrimp broccoli, however I recently decided to try down the street and hands down here was better not just the overall taste, but even the smell. So I decided to change to a 3, because although I was satisfied by the quality I wasn't on the quantity

Moved to Portsmouth a few months ago, looking for fast Chinese food night of mi move in and instantly they became mi new; to go Chinese restaurant. Clean, fast and great portions.
Customer service is great. Food is always hot and fresh. Love the chicken teriyaki sticks.

I was visiting my in-laws and we needed something to eat before hitting the road back to Maryland. I googled restaurants, then left out to see what was near for pick up... Passed this place then googled the reviews and must I say from that day on out, this is my go to!! The food was good, hot, fresh, portions were nice.. I mean it had to be the best Chinese food I had in a very long time. The owner was SOO NICE and the cook. It's hard to find outstanding customer service like this. I was shocked and very pleased!!
