I now see why the free appetizer was so low on the points. They are out of half of them and they refuse to make accommodations. I came to get my free appetizer and meal based on the menu on their website only to be told “yeah they should have changed it”. They need to do better but it is Rivers so why would I expect them to cater to their guests.

We enjoyed our first time here. Nicely greeted and waitress appeared within 2 minutes of us being seated. Very friendly. The two items we ordered were yummy. Not a long wait either. The only downside I saw was the beer selection is very small. Food is reasonably priced.

Sat down and ordered at 2:50. At 3:37 still had not received our food (a salad and a breakfast platter). Only time we were checked on was to refill drinks 10 mins after order was put in. Place was empty BTW, people that came in after us got our food, we got up and walked out.

ate here twice.. was seated at the same table both visits & had the same waitress as before.. thought that was weird.. both times she wasn't friendly (seemed like she didn't care).. but i noticed that the other table she served.. she was all friendly. i think she's homophobic! anyways, the food wasn't even that great.. the ambience was nice, but that's it.

arrived at 5ish- The food was okay and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was practically empty, we received our food appox 25 mins after we ordered. The restaurant appear to be clean but the staff was unorganized. "2 no's for me" (1) A lady cleaned the seats and table with the same cloth (2) staff on cell phone and handling food.
