I rarely give bad reviews. However the people that I have come into contact with here could use some customer service training. Each time the appeared as if they did not want to be there. The demeanor is rude. I hope the service improves. Id hate to have to continue to drive out of the way when I want good service.

Ordered the snack in bacon and sat in line for 10-12 minutes I appreciate the fact that when i got the 1 order of bacon it was very hot but it was burnt !

They cannot make any drinks there that are ordered and they claim they are unable to give refunds so you have to fight to get your money back. Just crazy. Just another reason to not go back to dunkin at all. I'll make time for other places in the future.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts in my life. I ordered and visited a Dunkin once a week. I tried to talk to the workers here no one have any sense or understanding of their customers. They don’t listen or and get bad because you question their services. They smoke and on phone breaks while taking orders. Don’t wants to refund your money and take bag out of your hand while tell her what was wrong. I call the customer service number and the manger never calls to follow up with the problems I had.

Update september 2023.Rating goes from1 to 5 star. There is one lady that is usually working the window now that is not only super sweet and friendly, but she makes the drinks so good! I look forward to my drinks and her positive attitude. Give this nice lady a raise/promotion, Dunkin' has no idea what a gem they have in their staff.Many times my drinks have been lacking but today takes the cake. 2 cups full of milk/creamer. One has a small splash of coffee and the other has non entirely. I could have bought several gallons of milk what I paid for these 2 cups of just milk.
The doors were locked. It was drive thru only! That is frustrating and inconvenient! This one closed permanently ?. But the new one a mile a way is trying to improve.

Went there this morning. Ordered a Boston cream chocolate iced, a regular glazed. When I get to work, ready to eat, my chocolate iced was upside down in the bag with needless to say all the chocolate melted and stuck to the bag!! Very disappointed! Don’t you train your people to load the donut’s correctly, dam common sense!!
