My experience at this restaurant was marred by poor customer service especially for the price. Sitting at the bar seemed to offer better service, where a male customer received preferential treatment by flirting with the bar attendants. Unfortunately, waiting for my food took an hour, and even after bringing this to the manager's attention, there was no willingness to adjust or improve. While the food was delicious, the overall customer service left much to be desired and definitely needs improvement.

Despite being the first customer of the day and the restaurant being nearly empty, both burgers were served with spoiled avocado.First Burger Experience: Upon receiving my order, I noticed the avocado appeared dark and stringy. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I attempted to eat the burger after removing the visibly spoiled parts. Unfortunately, the taste was overwhelmingly bitter, akin to a chemical flavor, prompting me to remove all avocado from the burger.Second Burger Inspection: Before deciding to save the second burger for later, I inspected it only to find the avocado in a worse state than the first, with an odor so foul it induced a physical gag reflex and left me in tears from the effort to not vomit.Immediate Actions Taken:I informed the serving staff of the issue, highlighting the state of the avocado.The staff offered to remake the meal or provide a complimentary burger on a future visit. Due to my travel schedule, I was unable to accept this offer.Concerns:Quality Control: The presence of spoiled avocados in not just one, but two meals at the beginning of the day raises serious concerns about ingredient quality checks prior to service.Staff Training: This incident suggests a potential need for improved training regarding the inspection of ingredients and recognition of spoilage.Customer Experience: Serving spoiled food, especially at a premium price, significantly impacts the dining experience and trust in your establishment.Outcome Sought:I am not seeking compensation. I believe in the value of constructive feedback and hope this report assists in improving your service and food quality for future patrons.After considerable efforts the first burger was salvaged and consumed. With the avocado completely removed, the first burger was both juicy and filling. While I ate the first, the rotting avocado permeated the second burger and it became unsalvageable; an unfair and cruel fate for what could have been a good burger.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Much better this time. I actually got to eat this time. Service and food was good. Only thing, I feel like fish & chips should be battered, no breaded. It was good though.

Food has always been good here, but the last few times I’ve been, I sit at the bar and it takes half an hour to get served. I’ve been back a few times after a bad experience and nothing has changed.

I thought the outdoor tables would be nice because the inside was dank very loud and smell like cigarettes . but the outdoor tables and floor were filthy. That should have told me everything I needed to know but I stayed I was very hungry. I got to listen to a couple next to me screaming at each other. I kept thinking I would take my food to go but after 15 minutes there was no food I decided to go.

NANCY was trash she charged us gratuity and never notified us at all until the bill came I’ve came to this location multiple times and never had this happen at all ! A $60 bill turned into almost $90 ???? And the cod fish bites were soggy and gross and I had to have them cooked longer NEVER coming

I came to this place 3 times. Terrible service each time. I sat at the bar and was ignored every time. The second time I was there, I gave them $60 for one beer…keep the change. I see the same girl the third time I came in and was again ignored. Terrible service.

Beyond frustrated with this place, server was horrible as many times as I've came to this location we never paid automatic gratuity ! We weren't even notified that it was being applied until after the bill came she claimed that if you spend over $50 it's automatically added which is something you as a server / bartender should let your customer know ! My fish bites were soggy and I had to send them back to be cooked longer NEVER COMING BACK thanks to Nancy !
