literally just ordered a 6 piece and a double cheese burger but i was rushing to work , i open my sandwich and there is a hair on my burger. I have been calling them for the past 10 mins as i can not go back up there because i don’t get off until 11 pm ! disgusting and

Been here a few times recently and I think it gets worse every time. Missing items, sandwiches wrong, asking for extra bbq sauce and they say it’s in the bag, it’s not. Calling to speak to the manager on duty and all the person says is can I help you. It’s like a recording. Slamming the window in guest face, after asking for more sauce. And all they wanna do is give you free meals to keep coming back, I want it right the first time.

I go to this location about every other month and look forward to being greeted by the cheery employees. The employees are delight. This location is also clean and the service is timely. The food is what you expect but it is also hot not warmed. The entertainment I think is the young blonde lady that sit in the corner chatting loudly on her phone - she is alway there when I go - maybe this location is her "work from home" spot or she maybe works there and is on break. Either way I am entertained by her phone conversations.

This McDonald’s has consistently proven to me time and time again that it is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They always get my order wrong or an item/items are missing. Customer service here is lacking at best. I hope something changes because it’s ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and go to the McDonald’s on Airline Blvd.
Don't ask 4 napkins or some Xtra ketchup cuz they act like it's coming outta they paycheck ..it's craZ I asked 4 Xtra ketchup cuz I use a lot on my fries and burger so they hand me 2 more packs so i said can i get sum more plz and they handed me 2 more packs..as much as i pd 4 the dam combo i shud b able 2 get more then 6-8 lil packs of dam ketchupl
