I waited over 30 minutes for 2 snow cones. They move entirely too slow and out of order. It used to be quicker. I'll wait until the one on George Washington hwy opened back up before coming back here again.

Showed up Saturday Sept 2 @ 8:10 pm they are supposed to close at 9. I watched an employee walk in the store as I was pulling up. They turned off the lights for the open sign and walked into the back so we could not see them. Very disappointed in this establishment.If the business closes at 8 pm every night of the week, then the hours should be adjusted on Google, which states the establishment is open until 9 pm on Saturdays.

I stopped here last Friday after a 5-year hiatus. BOY! I won't do that anymore. I forgot how good they are. And it looked like they added MORE flavors, especially the sugar-free flavors for us sugar-challenged people. But is it true they are selling this location? ? Hmmm. I wish I could buy it because this is a wonderful, clean spot and it's in a wonderful location in Portsmouth. Please don't go!
It was my first time in Portsmouth, VA, (505 Airline blvd, 23707) and i went past this snoballs place on Google I came here because it looked good from the pictures posted, and I don’t usually do this but the employee (a darkskin female) that took my order was rude and had a stuck up attitude towards me for no reason because I was very respectful to her 2nd I had 2 flavors and 1 of the flavors wasn’t the one I asked for, but I let it be because they were a little busy, so as I’m eating there was a dead fly inside my snoball. I do not recommend this place.

I like it here a lot! Only issue I have is the ice cream they place in the middle is HARD and not SOFT SERVE …and the charge was a bit high for hard ice cream …with those prices I thought I was getting soft serve but come to find out I did not!!!! So don’t waste time asking for ice cream in the middle it’s not the same as soft serve .they really need to get a soft serve machine because it’s game changer!! Every where I go has soft serve and it’s amazing! So hopefully they will think about that!!
