We tried this place put last night and it was delicious. The sauce for the pizza was delicious and fresh! We are going to give another try on the cinnamon knots, we did go towards the end of the night so we know they were wanting to get out of there and they may have been forgotten in the oven too long. However that will not keep us from coming back! The service was friendly but not pushy, and the suggestions were made were definitely ones we agreed with. Check this place out for lunch as well. They have some great specials. We will see you all again soon!

I’m from NYC, so I’m always skeptical of places claiming to have city style pizza … this sauce and cheese taste relatively close but the crust is wayy to thick and chewy. Slices were a little too overdone too. The mozzarella bites barely had any cheese in it and there was no cheese pull what so ever . People were nice. Not sure about coming back tho… it’s in my neighborhood so I really had high hopes

Wow, what great food, such a hidden gem! I've been searching for great pizza and finally found it. Perfectly charred, chewy crust. Sauce is delicious and flavorful. I ordered takeout and couldn't make it home before eating a slice of pizza in the car. I will make the drive here to try more of the menu. Cannot wait for my next visit.

This Gem is hid back in the historic Port Norfolk, Porstmouth. I have visited 4 times ordering something diff each time, pizza & Subs are outstanding , service is top notch, highly Recomended

Stoped in for a late lunch on Thursday. I had a great Philly Cheese steak. The Sandwich was loaded came hot and fast for fresh food. Lots of good looking items on the menu. Had a chance to speak with the owner,Very friendly guy.I will be eating at The Box more often. Lots of great looking items on the menu. Can't wait to try them all.

Stopped by for a quick lunch today. It's the 2nd or 3rd time I've been here since they reopened and it has been fantastic every single time. Love the new decor/atmosphere inside, super friendly and cool staff, and most importantly the pizza was to die for. Honestly the best I've had in years and for sure the best in Hampton Roads. I will be returning on a regular basis.

I've been following the story of the new owners on Facebook, and was hoping they'd come close to the quality of the original owner. I finally had an opportunity to order, and was delighted to see delivery was an option to my not-so-close neighborhood. The pizza was fantastic! Kurtis' hard work and fact-finding trip to New York paid off. We will be frequent customers! Well done!
