Every time we go they say it’s cash only and they conveniently forget to tell us until we pull around in the drive through. Who carries cash anymore? And why can’t they use the credit card machine? Service is always slow and they have no customer service skills. Would not ever recommend coming to this location.

When I pulled up and hit the “press here to order” button, she asked me to hold for a min. I said sure. So after about 15 mins I hit the button again and all she said was “we are really behind on orders. Give me 5 mins.” Sit and wait and wait… so then she takes the orders of the 2 cars next to me who got here way after me and it’s been about 35 mins now and I still have yet to order. Don’t bother coming here. Total waste of time.

I was disappointed in the customer service .I order a RT 44 Dr Pepper on the app. I pull up checking that I’m there. It takes about 20 minutes for my drink to come out and it will comes out. It’s the wrong size. I politely tell the lady who came in my car with my drink that it was the wrong size she looked at me rolled her eyes in the back of her head, snatched the drink back and storm back into the building, not saying a single word to me during the whole interaction. Then it takes another 15 minutes for them to bring the correct size out. The only thing redeeming this visit was the man who brought the correct size out at the end, was very polite and respectful.

Sat at the pull up for 20 minutes. Rang the bell, the woman screamed with a horrible attitude “WAIT A MINUTE”. Fine, drive thru, took our order, sat for 25 minutes before anyone came out to take our card for payment. We left. Don’t interact with this dump if you have any other options.Best part? One of the employees was hot boxing in her car through this whole ordeal, could have knocked someone dead when that car door opened. Didn’t need food made or served by this place after that.Should have read the reviews ?

The Good Noodle

Ordered on the app 45 minutes ago.... Got here 30 minutes ago.... Been sitting here ever since... And all I ordered was a slush. In the 30, going on 40, minutes, it's taken for me to get ONE slush, I could've literally gone to a store, bought my own slush-making machine, ice, flavoring, toppings, and everything else, driven all the way home, and just made one myself.Get it together people

We waited over 10 minutes in a drive through for a simple order of three drinks and fries. One lady eventually came out and was confused on which order was which. We ended up leaving and never got our order, the same happened to everyone behind us. Horrible customer service.
