I love their Venti Iced Carmel machiato(sp), but I always feel judged. It definitely doesn't feel like a 3rd space like other starbucks do. I've also seen them refuse to serve an in uniform police officer because they had their service pistol on them (apart of uniform), definitely will not be going back, I've given this place so many chances
