My coworkers and I order from here frequently. We order online and always ask that our subs be toasted. On numerous occasions, our bread is not toasted at all which is extremely frustrating. The subs are very often sloppily made with either too many vegetables or old, soggy vegetables! “Less vegetables” means less, not load it up. This Subway would be a lot better if they would just follow simple instructions instead of doing whatever they feel like because they hate their job. Sometimes we do feel bad because we know they tend to get super busy around shipyard lunch time but I’m sure they’re short staffed so hiring a couple more people to help out during peak times may be ideal. The only reason we keep ordering from here is because it’s the closest restaurant to our work location. We do take breaks from coming here from time to time when our orders are repeatedly wrong back to back.

Do not waste your time yet alone. Your money going to this establishment. I've never been met with a employee that cares less about their job. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was advised that they were only taking cash. I walk across the street to get cash. Get back in line. Get up to the counter and hand over a 20 where she says I can't break that. So then I had to go somewhere else to break the 20 for her. At this point it's been over 30 minutes and I hadn't even been handed my food yet. Then I was told I couldn't use the coupon I had because their system was down and they couldn't scan it which I don't even understand how that makes sense. Definitely do not recommend this place even if you are in a pinch. I would rather eat nothing than waste my time or money at here again

Cancelled my online order for no apparent reason. All these other people had their online orders ready but not mine. Why have the option to order online if this store can't honor it?

Doesn’t deserve even a star. Employee is rude and has no customer service at all. She is the one with long fake eyelashes and the only one working in the morning of Nov 30, 2022. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. To the management, please do something about it since you are losing patrons due to her bad attitude.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Went in to order the Mexicali. After saying that they only had wheat bread, after I already asked along with the order. She repeated the wrong order number, which I corrected. She said they were out of chicken and immediately started taking an order from someone behind me in line. Had to walk out. I’ve never really had good customer service here, but this was the worst.. Don’t they make 15 an hour now???? Why the attitude?

Most disrespectful customer service I have ever had at Subway. Took an hour to get a sandwich. Whole staff is garbage. They spend the whole time doing online orders. Won't ever visit this store again.

Who ever works on the weekends here sucks. They have no personality, and don't care about any customers, and always have a attitude when someone comes in. I went today around 6pm and they close at 7pm and the open sign was off and I walked in and asked if they were open. The gentleman was rude telling me yes. Starting making my sandwich, slamming all the topping on the sandwich. Kept rolling his eyes.
