I’ll never go back. Hands down the worst subway in Portsmouth. One employee with a bad attitude behind the counter. Two more employees sitting at a table doing absolutely nothing. All refusing to take an order. The most unprofessional establishment I’ve been into for a while.

I witnessed a poor worker getting harassed by 2 customers because of the long time it took to make their sandwiches. I’m not sure who was at fault but it seemed like some of the other staff couldn’t speak English and needed extra time to learn how to make the meals. Management needs to take a hard look at this location to ensure business operations can run smoothly without escalation.

Friendly good customer service. They made sure it was done right. I had an online order which wasn't ready when I arrived, but they made it promptly. Food looked and tasted good. Everything looked fresh. Looking forward to going again.Parking: Small parking lot but I was able to get last parking space. Fifteen minutes later, more spots had opened.

Didn’t make my club with bacon like I paid for then lied and said they couldn’t fix it and manager just in the back talking on phone while workers mess up food then lie and say they made it right when I’m looking at my wrong sandwich then told me to come back on the 26th when owner is back from India sooo rude worse service ever!!! Won’t be back too many other places to try!

I had ordered an Italian BMT and the sandwich artist was Natalie, she did it right. I had also chosen to have pickles/banana peppers/lettuce/South West sauce... even with all that she was able to close it up neatly

They served me undercooked gooey bread, indigestible, unsafe, and absolutely disgusting. The staff there took 15 minutes to make one foot-long. They are visibly not interested in performing their job. I will never ever try this establishment again, there are other Subway shops in the areas and I would attempt to use those before even taking a second look at this place
