This Taco Bell is a vibe. Every one that works there is cool. Sometimes you have to wait, but it’s probably if they don’t have enough people. The food is always good though

Ordered via DoorDash, after getting the order only 10% of it was correct (the items we ordered were different like 2 beefy 5 layer, 2 craving menu etc but they gave us the exact same item x7). Anyway, I called & the manager had it remade & we picked up. Started out with a fumble, but it was redeemed. Before DD taxes it came out to $55

Ended up throwing it in the trash after a hellish experience. I ordered 2 nacho fries and a 5-layer burrito. Got to the window and was charged for 1 burrito, 1 nacho fries, and a chicken quesadilla. I tried to tell the manager on duty it was wrong. My card was charged anyway and I was given 11$ in cash for I don’t know what. I was still given the wrong order. When I tried to bring it to the managers attention she told me she was too busy to correct it when I ordered and had the line workers make me the order again. I was still given the wrong order even then. I simply left and took with me what I had been given. When I got home I found the fries were cold and soggy and the quesadilla that I didn’t even order was burnt. True rating is zero stars. I contacted corporate and the just said sorry and ignored any complaints.

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0. I ordered 3 drinks, one of them costing extra and ended up receiving NONE. The order was messed up entirely, the only thing that was actually made correctly was one singular burrito. When I called to speak about my order I was given immediate attitude and then they wonder why they're being paid minimum wage. If this Taco Bell is being rated anything above 3 stars then it must be fake or ordered at a completely different time. Terrible, don't recommend!

Store looks nice the work was nice kinda not good at listening but okay. They gave me bacon when I ordered steak and I’m Jewish so I had to spit my food out and now I have no breakfast so I’m kinda sad.Dietary restrictions: If you want something taken of or your needs meet just saw your allergic. Because if they don’t meet your needs the owner can be sued. I’m just saying if they won’t take off for religious reasons or just make the food right the first time. I mean don’t sue their just more likely to get it right if you say your allergic, and really lean into it

Only gave me half of my order and I was forced to go all the way back to the store. Gave me the rest of my food without even an apology and barley speaking to me. No compensation for the mistake. Bad atmosphere with everyone cackling loudly in the kitchen. Do not eat here.

Going through the drive through the guy working tonight yelled “I already did!!!” After I asked twice for him to change the chicken quesadilla to cheese. Last time I got a cheese quesadilla it was chicken and I couldn’t eat it ?

Completely unprofessional the workers friends hanging out in the booths the use of profanity in this store is uphaulling there's a total disregard for customers and families ordering inside. The only thing I can say is I got my food in a timely manner. Now was it good well there were no tomatoes on anything. My soft tacos were wrapped like burritos containing just lettuce and sour cream what is that??Kid-friendliness: Not at all kid friendly the use of profanity by workers and their friends who hang out takingup most of the booths is uphaulling.

Didn't get what I asked for. The cashier was not customer savvy. Heard others in the background when the cashiers headset was still on saying "Damn". And again didn't get the right food. I asked for supreme on my chalupas and soft tacos didn't get that. I got one spray of sour scream. It's like they had it all ready and didn't pay no mind to the people that that wanted what they want. It took way to fast for someone to make 10 items they way you want them. New staffing is incouraged. They don't care after a certain point and time. I'm a GM so I know how it isJs Pam Brown

this store seemed to be constantly forgetting items in my order/giving me wrong food when placing a delivery order. I ordered a crunchwrap Crunchwrap Supreme tonight, and it was completely forgotten, which has happened at least twice before. I've received items that weren't even in my order/items made completely wrong. I've received food believed to be spoiled/gone bad as it made me very ill after eating. Everything is almost always sloppily put together, like they were just rushing to get things done. On RARE occasion, the service is good, but most of the time, it is a disappointment, due to lack of staff seemingly not taking care in reviewing orders properly.
