If I could give this specific location 1 star I would. I’m tired of getting food from here, paying for multiple meals and ONLY receiving my smoothies. I’ve had this same issue multiple times with this location and this one alone! I am beyond tired of the poor service here.

this may be a one-off, but service was slow today despite having 3 people working. My Drink was an online order and I noticed it was definitely ready when I walked in. But not a single person greeted me and I tried telling one girl that all I needed was my drink and she turned and walked to the back. Another customer came in and they greeted her and asked if she placed an order ToGo and she said no she was about to place an order, they didn't say anything and just turned and walked away towards the back. That customer ended up leaving and mentioned just going to WaWa instead.not sure what was happening today.

I absolutely love tropical smoothie!!! I visited the Victory Blvd location and Kevin was the only person working!! When I’d entered there were several customers waiting and a customer in front of me. Kevin was preparing an order came out presented the customer invited them back smiled at the customer in front of me assisted them quickly and then greeted me and assisted me. It was an absolute joy to observe such wonderful customer service. Thank you ? Kevin for making my experience at your location enjoyable!! Next time I’m in Portsmouth I’ll be sure stop to increase my rewards points ! Bing Bong!!-The Amazing Tonia

The customer service here was absolutely amazing. My smoothie was made quickly and was delicious. The restaurant was very clean. I spilled my smoothie and without hesitation they offered me a replacement without charge. I recommend this location to anyone needing a great tasting smoothie in Portsmouth

The owner of Tropical Smoothie in Victory Crossing Portsmouth Va . Mr. Patel speaks to the employees like they are below him. I witness for myself how he spoke to 2 young teenager girls in front of customers. One went in the back and cried. While she was preparing my order . He said hurry. why are you so stupid. ? I never write reviews but this story had to be told. They thought of the long term effect of his words and cruelness left me no choice but to be the voice for these girls. I'm sure this is their first job. I don't want them to think this behavior is allowed in the work place nor is it normal or acceptable. I want to walk back and forth in front of this Tropical Smoothie in Victory Shopping Center Portsmouth Va and protest the treatment of the employees. B Patel owner manager. I got his name . Shame on you to devalue your employees.

I have certain way that I like my smoothies. I like them extra sweet... If the staff would actually answer the phone when the customer calls, then the customer would be able to relay that message. Because no one answered, I had to take a chance on ordering through the app, just to receive a smoothie that tastes like frozen water... Actually, I take that back. Water literally has more flavor than what was in this smoothie. This may very well be the worst smoothie I've ever gotten from this location.To add more to my dissatisfaction, I had to stand at the counter and wait a couple minutes until someone actually acknowledged my presence... Didn't get so much as a "Hi! Welcome to Tropical Smoothie," or a "Hi! I'll be right with you." If it wasn't for them making 2 seconds worth of eye contact, just to turn around and go back to what they were doing, I'd swear out that I was invisible.This location is the closest to me in both house and work, but I guess I'll have to take a chance on driving further to different locations just to receive better service. For a smoothie that costs almost 8 dollars now, when they used to be only $4 and some change, one would hope that the service would be worth the money you pay for the food

Been waiting on a refund for an order I never received since March. Called multiple times, finally got a manager and he said he couldn’t lookUp my order or do a refund even though I gave him exact time and day. Workers are very nice but manager is Super shady. Definitely doesn’t seem to care about anything but his money.. Do you best to avoid going here.I’ve also emailed and called customer service and I have NEVER received any call back. My issue still hasn’t been resolved and they have technically stole $30 from me. I even asked for credit and he won’t even do that, which is bs. I
