This Wendy’s Sucks. Asking a Wendy’s employee a simple question and gave me the wrong answer. Don’t ever ask a Wendy’s employee a question about the APP. Will not be going to any more Wendy’s for 1 year.

If I could give no stars I would! Not only was a rushed to order but I also was missing all my fries from the order as well as a chicken nugget .. they were unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering them the entire time

Rude staff refused to make my mobile pick up order that I paid for claiming that they had nothing but French fries and they would rather close early than refund me slammed window shut and walked out laughing at me to get in her car and leave

Seems to be an "epidemic" of bad customer service at half of the Portsmouth locations. Again, using the mobile app, I would've expected to wait up to five to seven minutes for fresh food, but others that just ordered at the menu received their food before me, and apparently received correct orders as i finally got my food after 20 minutes only for the order to be completely incorrect.Mind you, I couldn't go inside as the lobby was locked.Mind as well sat at Waffle House up the street if I'll wait that long for food (at least it would've been hot).Please discontinue the app at all Portsmouth locations?

I came today 12/16/23 around 12ish in the noon and I have to say I enjoy this location way better than the others in this city. The sweet tea WAS ON POINT you hear me. This usually is a hit or miss in the other locations.. food was delicious.. atmosphere felt great.. I mean the staff that take orders act like they are annoyed by customers that come in to order food but outside of that it was perfect.

Afro-American overweight lady at the drive thru at 830 Am dont know how to do her job rude no feedback from speaker after placing order and when you let her know in a respectful way she said what i supposed to said so I need to tell her how to do her job? And when you do she said I dont have to take your order I laughed due I do t need to eat in that trashy place anyway area match employees.

The crispy chicken sandwich, fries, and chicken nuggets in the biggie bag were awful. The sandwich was old and dried out. Same with the fries and nuggets. Even the frostie was bad.

Their service is so poor..as soon as you arrive to the drive thru speaker they ask you to wait then five mins later they take your order when you drive around to the window they take your money make you pull and park and have you wait some more they never anything ready what part of fast food is that waiting 20-30 mins for food..DO BETTER Wendys.
