Every time we've come to this Wendy's the order is wrong, food is missing, etc. Today when we ordered it was wrong per usual so we asked them to correct it. We then realized that they left out some of our order, so I let them know what we were missing. The punk at the window said you realize I'm not back there, I can go get it for you but it's not my fault. I said ok, but if you don't want people complaining to you about what's happening in the back maybe don't work the drive through window. As I was speaking he said yeah yeah yeah and closed the window in my face. We will NEVER RETURN TO THIS WENDY'S I CANT BELIEVE THEY HAVE SO MANY STARS. MUST BE FAMILY MEMBERS REVIEWING THEM! RUDE, OVERCOOKED FOOD, AND NASTY EMPLOYEES!

The food tasted as though the grease hadn't been changed the chicken was soggy. The service WOW you should have seen the body language and attitude the cashier gave us two ladies and the young lady was there before me. You work for a corporation you are the first person we interact with learn to be respectful and kind to others...you'll get it back.Parking: Portsmouth Virginia Wendy's by the casino needs help.

I'm actually very surprised that this restaurant was quite good. It's been my experience that most of the victory blvd restaurant employee's make you feel as if you're bothering them. How they stay in business is a mystery. Anyway, this restaurant (Wendy's) by the casino has good service and is worth the visit. Keep up the good work!

Got 4 biggie bags and a Cobb salad, they were out of reg nuggets (didn't mind) and out of a few drink options but overall food was good. They gave me a different dressing than what ask for but I managed had some at hm. Salad is always packed and i eat out it more than once. Also Lady taking orders at drive thru was very

EVERYTHING WAS WRONG! NO cheese, had cheese. A chicken sandwich was a hamburger. NO tomato, had tomato...and didnt even give me my receipt. I did call and they are willing to reimburse me...but to drive back through the tunnel, 15 min away, I am good. Wasted food and wasted money.
Just left after a drive through order, got 3 x10 piece nuggets and a number 6. I received 2 x 8 piece nuggets and 1 x 10 piece nuggets. #6 was right. Lady at drive through was grumpy and i never received a receipt.

This isnthe most nastiest, unprofessional Wendy's I've every visited. The employees don't have customer service and the dining area is very unclean. This Wendy's should be closed down. Save yourself some frustration and money and DO NOT visit.

Where in the world do I the game the service was terrible the food was cold I asked for it to be replaced they act like I was getting on their nerves Wendy's used to be a place of integrity quality first for food and customer service all these seem to be concerned about moving the cars fast and stuff taken care of the people if there is a allergen for salt cuz I asked for fries no sauce and the food came out so fast because they wanted me to be moved I said are these fries no so her reply was yes just to move me and the fries were cold and old I just don't know what the world coming to we need to come together and do better with customer service and quality of food Pamela

Nasty attitudes and don’t listen to customers order well. NO cheese on a burger means just that. I am the one who is paying for it and eating so it shouldn’t be a problem. This happened in the drive thru and get home ready to eat assuming it was corrected when I gave it back, BURGER still has CHEESE! NO I refuse to put everything back on, dress the kids back up, waste gas like the money wasted on the burger, to go back and be greeted with a nastier attitude. I match energy well and it’s NOT my fault but ppl will be ppl. So from now on will triple check our food and maybe go to another location with a pleasant atmosphere.
