They did not give me a full set of fries. The box was mostly empty with only a few fries in it. I would say about 10-12 pieces of fries and they were all small pieces. What a waste of money!

HAD TO PULL OVER TO WAIT.. I GUESS SINCE I ORDERED 4MEALS.. CAUSE THE FRIES WERENT FRESH. MY DELUXE SPICY CHIX SANDWHICH HAD ONE PIECE OF LETTUCE AND TWO TINY SLITHERS OF TOMATO... SMH.. I ORDERED TWO ORANGE FANTAS AND GOT TWO SPRITES.. IF I HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST BRING FRESH FOOD AND MY EXACT ORDER..
After getting off work I needed some dinner the girl who was taking the orders via window was super rude cut me and was very disrespectful after paying for my meal I was given super cold fry’s and my burger is dry and has beeen sitting for a long time. I don’t recommend ever using this location.

I will drive the extra few minutes to go to the other one. Took 15 - 20 mins to get a chicken sandwich and some chicken nuggets. Order wasn't even brought out completely to our car. Took 3 trips to get our 2 sandwiches, nuggets, and 2 drinks.

Ordered an apple pecan salad, pulled up to pay and was then asked to back up from the window so they could game their timers and make it look like they are working faster than they are. When I was beckoned forward again I was asked if I wanted FRESH CHICKEN? I don't know what they would have given me had I said no to that. Then told to park in the handicap spot. My food came quickly after that so I'm not convinced I was given "fresh" chicken. Never again.
Nothing but drug smoke in the lobby. Before I could enter the establishment, a fat, black lady with red eyes stopped me at the door and told me the lobby was closed and that I'd need to go through the drive-thru, instead. I could smell the drugs without even entering the building. From the drive-thru, you could tell all of the employees were very high. There's no telling what else is going on in there because my entire order was old and nasty. I can't afford to waste my money and time. I will never go there again.

The dining room is nasty, the soda machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, and the worst part is 2 managers were sitting in the dining area. One doing arts and crafts and the other interviewing new hires. Our order took 8 mins and wasn't hot. And I understand helping the homeless, but helping can be getting them assistance not letting them sleep at tables.
