I went for chai here, they served it in the traditional tea pots but chai was kept in a thermos or something and it wasn’t fresh at all. It smelled really bad.
An embarrassment of an establishment and very disappointing- The food was below average and the service one of the worst I’ve seen. They got the order wrong and did vegetarian instead of beef but I was way too hungry to wait for them to correct.The person taking our order was the furthest from friendly; she had quite an attitude. This is service business, but that is lost on them! The meal itself tasted below average and messy. All in all, an uninspiring experience and my last time trying food here. Feel robbed.And btw what they have as Faludeh is one of the most ridiculous and overly priced items in DMV.

I have been a huge fan of Toosso over the years especially their Falooda which I felt was the best in the area.We were totally disappointed today. It took over 35 minutes for an order of less than 10 faloodas. The place was not crowded. A Dine in option was served in to go cups with plastic cutlery. The falooda itself was quite ordinary. Cheaper and tastier to make these at home. The ice cream and kulfi was mostly ice and the jelly was almost non existent. We will never visit again. Not worth 7 bucks each for this falooda.
