Why does this place NEVER have the Blast available? Do you have to get there at lunch time to get one? Tighten up!

Upon my arrival to brusters I was kindly greeted by the nice worker. She promptly gave me and my 11 kids the best ice cream I have ever had. It was so delightful that I do not think I could ever get ice cram anywhere else.

I love ice cream so I ordered the large cone and what I got was a gallon of ice cream with a cone in it. I finished it but it was really a challenge. Great place!

went there with my boyfriend this evening and we got two shakes. i had mint oreo which was good, but he had gotten chocolate which tasted freezer burnt. very watery & had no flavor at all. he went back & waited 15 minutes in line just to ask if he could have a new shake, only to be told that they weren’t going to make him a new one. no refund was offered or anything. he ended up just throwing it away because of how bad it tasted.

Ice cream is great if you can get it. we were told on 4th visit in the evening that there was no Blast ice cream. Asked them why an was told that they only make 5 gallons a day? Wonder what business strategy is?

Other locations everything has always tasted great, but the double chocolate shake wasn't liked by any of us...icy, watery, no flavor.

The ice cream is always delicious. The waffle cones are perfection. The staff was friendly. I love that they have a variety of flavors. I honestly wish there was one in Amelia!

We took our 3 Shih-Tzus out for Ice cream, they are so kind they give each puppy a little dish of ice cream, free, wow, Cookie, Cupcake and Coco love Bruster's and so do Mom and Dad. Thank you for the wonderful Ice cream.

The ice cream was ok. But apparently there policy doesn't let you exchange anything after you've tasted it? I guess you have to ask to sample something, I don't know. I took 1 sip of my milkshake & it was disgusting, definitely not what I would've imagined it tasting like, but I ran right back through the drive-thru & they refused to exchange the milkshake for a different milkshake. I had to buy another milkshake. It was probably because there was nothing a bunch of teenagers inside working. Maybe they didn't know what to do? No clue. But yeah, don't try anything new here because you'll go broke if you don't like what you ordered & want something else. Better off going to the Bruster's off robious up the road a little ways. Even the one on hull st is better. Hope your experience is better than mine
